Es lohnt sich hier zu übernachten.
Pros:

Das Ressort hat vollkommen überzeugt. Die Strandlage ist super und es war sehr schön gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und es fehlt einem an nichts.
Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Meerblick und es war ein wunderschöner Meerblick. Auch beim Frühstück konnte man sich seine wünsche erfüllen lassen. Es war traumhaft. Macht weiter so 👍🏻

Beautiful location. They need to have music in eating areas to create sone sort of ambuence.

Upon arrival our room leaked lots of water night 1 however staff initially tried to say we didn’t know how to use air con in tropical locations. We live in the tropics in Australia so pushed hard to have a room change and strangely enough the 2 nd room was fine. Not our fault at all . Management didn’t take this issue well at all.
The supposed upgrade to rooms with new owners is tacky and not sure why they would put the lining stuff into rooms and around reception. Very tacky.
They need to step up ambience in pool area as it’s just nothing and bla really. For a seaside location why not have lovely music of an afternoon.
The sec is poor as the guards on duty at beach gates are constantly asleep and the door to enter and exit building from back side of building does not lock. Very poor effort to secure the building at night from beachside. Surely management can org tk have door fixed or replace it to ensure security inside the building.
It’s a shame given the location is amazing but needs someone with an eye for detail to get things moving and the place spruced up.

Some the staff were beautiful .

Highly recommend!
Pros:

- Clean and very spacious room with great AC, nice view to the patio and some views of the sea (despite our room not being a seaview room)
- Comfortable bed with 3 different pillow options
- The staff was very friendly
- Complimentary water and fresh fruit at the pool was lovely
- Fantastic à la carte breakfast, varied menu (Asian and Western options)
- We really appreciated the late check-out possibility

Not worth the money at all
Pros:

Beautiful hotel but having paid £2900 for 4 nights it was certainly not worth the money they did give us an upgrade for free so god knows what the room would of been like if we didnt have an upgrade but prices were obviously hiked right up for new year which was far too much and the beach you could get too anyways as it was public so basically paid all that money for the room! The hotel didnt even have allocated sunbeds on the beach they had to be paid for

Cons:

Breakfast you couldn't just help yourself to whatever you wanted everything had to be cooked fresh but the wait time was ridiculous and it wasn't even busy and for the money I paid I found things that I had to pay extra for at breakfast given 3 grand paid for bed and breakfast for 4 nights was astronomical

Exceeded my expectations
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind to me. They assisted me with travel plans and assisted me with planning. The people were so pleasant. Looking forward to going back!

Pros:

Расположение. Первая линия от моря, пляж прямо за территорией. Вид из номера на море. Чистый, уютный отель с очень внимательным и отзывчивым персоналом. Отличный ресторан, прекрасные завтраки по меню. Большой выбор блюд, за две недели даже все не попробовали.

Cons:

К отелю это не имеет отношение, но оценку данного места снижает. Вид из бассейна на море закрывают зонты и шезлонги арендаторов пляжа чья шумная и не ухоженная территория портит общее впечатление. Выход из отеля прямо на шумную, узкую улицу, с узкими тротуарами и потоком скутеров и автомобилей. Кроме как по пляжу прогуляться негде. Зато множество ресторанчиков, баров и к огорчению кофешопов! Когда это разрешили в Таиланде? Зря, притягивает соответствующую публику.
