It is always a present experience at this hotel. I will never book anything else in Charleston! It is clean and the staff is always pleasant.

The Front desk staff are not very friendly. The room need updated. It looks dark. The rug was sticky, the bathroom was small and the shower was broken. Not value for your money.

Easy to get to and close to the places I needed to go to

Very beautiful place. The staffs are professional and responsible. But the bedding was not cleaned well. However, they help change a clean one

Staff were very friendly. What I was concerned about is that the floor outside the tub is lower than inside the tub and it is very difficult getting out of the tub without being off balance.

It was awesome, love the free washer and dryers, and breakfast was awesome. The grandkids love the pool.

The hotel would be fantastic if it were remodeled. It’s in a nice location, very beautiful outside. The staff were all amazing except 1 of the girls at the front desk. The ladies that were greeting us during the breakfast were absolutely AMAZING! Very sweet, fast & friendly. We really connected with them during our breakfast, and it got our day started off at a great start. The cleaners were also very sweet as well. The pool also needed to be clean. There were dirty towels sitting there for a while, the towel storage bin was also broken & there felt like dirt or sand at the bottom of the pool. Still a decent hotel to stay at and enjoy your time away from home.

Didn’t get our room cleaned enough. Had to ask for towels, made reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Room was only cleaned once in 3 day stay done half-ass.

The room had bugs. The staff did move us but after we had ro have the kitchen person to hunt down the desk clerk that was apparently outside talking??? Several of the staff looked as if the had slept in their clothes and the desk clerk that came to the roomhad no name tag or any identification that she was a part of the staff. See previous comment on appearance. While the hotel was nice in appearance the front desk staff mostly after check in was less than satisfactory in my opinion for what we were charged to stay at this hotel. I would have expected this at a lesser property. We are very disappointed and will not be staying at this property again.

I was very unhappy when I came back to my room on Saturday, July 27, to find it had not been cleaned.

The TV cable was not good. There was no channel guide that showed what was actually showing on each channel. And there was very limited variety of channels.
