Generally great!
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and the room was clean.

The bathroom door jammed and locked you in every time you used it.

Pros:

The staff is very accommodating and friendly; the room was clean, and the breakfast was very nice. The pool and hot tub were clean and at a good temperature.

Cons:

The AC was pretty loud, and the alarm went off at 6 AM, which we didn't set. The pillows are very uncomfortable.

Cons:

A few hours before check in we were notified that the water slide and pool were not available. We specifically booked for this reason. We were offered a reduced rate but because we booked through booking.com this was not available.

Pros:

The staff and everyone are great. They are very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with our room when checking in but they fixed the problem immediately without missing a beat. Recommend this place 100%

Great 1 night stay
Pros:

Was fun in the pool with the watterslide and hot tub. Slept like a log. Stayy were all courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the yogurt with berries, pumpkin seeds, raisons, fruit cocktail and granola mix.

If you are travelling north in Alberta, this is a very comfortable, clean and convenient rest.

The breakfast is very good and the location is convenient, just off the highway.
It was great to find a family room with 3 beds!

The toiletries are lovely, however they are not Canadian or locally produced.
