Cons:

The coffee at breakfast was so bad. Seriously didn't taste like coffee, it was like tea.

Fantastic
Pros:

It was a very lovely place to stay. The service was excellent!!

Cons:

I didn’t like the air freshener smell in the room. I am very sensitive to smells and that really turned me off. I forgot to mention scent free since most places have now become scent free. Fortunately after the first day it did get better.

The superior hotel in Westlock!
Pros:

The staff were great! Especially Cassandra at the front desk! The waterslide was pretty great too

Cons:

There was some minor staining on the bed comforter that was likely missed from a previous stay that got set-in after laundering. Not a big deal at all, but worth note.

Pros:

Staff were awesome and so friendly. Pool was great and really clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was 8/10. I had 5 kids with me and it went flawless. Great job.
