There is a maximum of 5 rooms per booking. Reservations with more than 5 rooms are subject to different conditions and will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the property.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it. We can also highly recommend Sagres itself – it’s a beautiful and peaceful area that is well worth visiting.

The place is extremely comfortable and tasteful. The staff is absolutely lovely, helpful and kind. We usually avoid hotel restaurants but the food was delicious and well priced, very convenient in the evenings with our children. Both pools are great and the trampoline was a hit with our small kids.
We had a great time but if I had to say one thing is that I think there is more that could be done around kids. What they call the kids club was not great, not very clean and not attractive to our five year olds. It could be so much better. Also with so much land around the hotel more activities could be brought in. We had a good time in the pool nonetheless :-)
We stayed here as a family of 4 and had a lovely time. Hotel is lovely - rooms are spotless and large (we had a one bed family room).
The pool is very nice - and not to busy when we were here. Pool bar has nice snacks. Plenty of sun beds and towels.
Food is also very good - room service very handy.
The hotel offers access to lots of activities that you can book - that are close to the hotel which was great for a family.
Gym is good - well stocked!
Also the hotel runs fitness classes - if you happen to be here for a reformer Pilates weekend with Claudia you are in for a treat. She is amazing - one of the highlights of my holiday!
Las vistas.
Estuve en 2018, y creo que ha "desmejorado" desde entonces. La llave de la habitación nos la dieron tres veces, por que no funcionaba. Después de la primera noche colgamos por la mañana el cartel para que limpiaran la habitación y lo hicieron en un minuto pasadas las 15pm. La última noche cenamos en el hotel y tardaron más de quince minutos en traer el principal que pedimos. Lamentablemente, no repetiré una tercera vez.
La habitación muy cómoda, amplia y tiene una pequeña cocina muy bien equipada.
Las vistas desde la piscina son una maravilla.
Lo que menos nos gustó fue que la piscina exterior es pequeña y tiene una zona de sombrillas y tumbonas muy reducida, con lo que desde muy temprano todas están ocupadas.
Easy and welcoming check-in. Large , tastefully furnished room. Well stocked, comfortable bathroom. Very good breakfast buffet and opportunity to dine on the terrace. Excellent care from all staff throughout our stay.

I had a very enjoyable stay and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout.
My only disappointment was the “design hotel” concept. Having stayed in many design hotels, this hotel feels more industrial than design-led and lacks the distinctive character I’d expect from a design hotel.
