Important information:

The minimum age to stay in the Duplex Suite is 6 years.

It is recommended that families traveling with children over 3 years old stay in Suites.

Children aged 13 years and below are not allowed to use the indoor pool after 14:00.

At check-in, guests will receive the Memmo tourist guide with information on the best that Sagres has to offer (restaurants, bars, shops).

Please note that in case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

There is a maximum of 5 rooms per booking. Reservations with more than 5 rooms are subject to different conditions and will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the property.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For bookings made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Estadia maravilhosa na Baleeira
Pros:

Localização fantástica e privilegiada com vista mar. Staff simpático e atencioso. Quarto espaçoso, com todos os amenities, incluindo docinhos e mensagem de boas vindas. Pequeno almoço super variado.

Hotel mit Meerblick
Pros:

Unser Zimmer hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wifi funktionierte überall problemlos. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine grosse Auswahl. Die ganze Hotelanlage machte einen gepflwgten Eindruck. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider hatte es nur portugiesische und ein paar wenige englische TV Sender. Etwas mehr internationale Sender wären wünschenswert.

Ideal para os amantes do mar
Pros:

Fomos recebidos com uns bolinhos maravilhosos e uma vista mar incrível! O hotel tem um conceito muito distinto e gostámos particularmente do pequeno almoço e da sua variedade. O quarto era espaçoso, não se ouvia barulho do corredor e respeitaram sempre bastante a nossa privacidade e descanso.

Cons:

Para o nosso gosto, as almofadas no quarto não eram incríveis. Também não ficámos particularmente fãs do barulho que se ouvia na sala de pequeno almoços vinda do staff a conversar a alto e bom som ao pé dos restantes hóspedes.

super quiet location, spacious and comfortable rooms, lovely sunny pool area - there're several reasons to return

Cons:

well, the water in our bathrooms and kitchen never got warm. it took very long to come out lukewarm. it would be acceptable if there's 30C outside but on windy 16C days lukewarm is definetely not enough. this is a system failure and a pointless wasting of fresh water.

the kitchen equipment was rudimentary
