The best hospitality I have ever received as somebody who travels a lot.
Pros:

When I made my booking, I informed the hotel that I would be arriving with two adults with learning disabilities. I also mentioned that they love to draw and are true craftsmen of coloring. When we arrived, the hotel had left 2 coloring books, 2 packs of crayons, 2 bundles of chocolate and 2 little rubber duckies for each of them. They even gave us a hand-written greeting card welcoming them to the hotel and hoping they enjoy their time in quebec. This was fantastic hospitality and I will always book at this Hotel when I am in Quebec City from now-on.

Cons:

Slight inconvenience: the door keys seemed to get demagnetized every day so I had to go back to the lobby to have it reprogrammed but honestly, not that big of an inconvenience.

Pros:

J'ai bien aimé mon séjour .acceuil chaleureux et professionnel....proche des Galeries de la Capitale super...proche de tout . Chambre très propre, lit confortable, pas bruyant ..à refaire..Merci

J'aime moins les déjeuner continental....manque le resto....

Pros:

Près des galleries de la capital et des autoroutes pour se rendre un peu partout à Québec.
Les chambres étaient propre et le personnel toujours disponible a nous aidé. Les enfants ont bien aimé la piscine.

Cons:

Le déjeuner est un peu dispendieux pour les enfants, c'est le même prix pour tout le monde.
Ils ont les même machines à café qu'ils avaient quand on est venu il y a 16 ans de ça.

Un must pour le shopping, le cinéma, resto … tout est près et accessible à pied.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la grandeur de la chambre, belle grande douche…. Super vue de la ville.

Cons:

Il a été mentionné que le petit déjeuné était de type buffet, alors qu’il n’y avait rien de chaud: œufs, bacon… il s’agissait plutôt d’un petit déjeuné continentale, peut-être un malentendus?

J’aurais pris un autre jour si j’aurais eu du temps !

Beauté dans la chambre, technologie, eau chaude dans la piscine , propreté, sa sens bon , lit et oreiller confortable , belle douche, belle vue en coin !!

Air climatisé, la fan celle de l extérieur fait du bruit ! (Mineur)
