Pas de piscine comme promis, pas de télé, pas de salle de gym et j avais téléphoné avant pour avoir tous ces services et on m avait confirmé que tout était en place. J ai demandé pour parler à la direction, ça été impossible. J ai demandé un dédommagement je n ai reçu aucun suivi.

Pas de piscine. Pas d acces à la télé. Pas de centre de conditionnement

Cons:

J avais communiqué avec l hôtel la journée avant notre arrivée pour vérifier l accès à la piscine, le wifi, la télé etc à notre arrivée la piscine ne fonctionnait pas, la télé avec videotron a flanché et l internet buggait.
