J'ai demandé de changer de chambre car ou l'on étais l'atmosphère avait beaucoup de bruit car il y avait une famille avec enfants qui s'amusait à claquer les portes et cela jusqu'à 21h du soir et lorsque je l'ai rapporter en bas le lendemain matin il m'on suggérer une étage plus tranquille avec un léger surplus...

Cons:

Dison que votre déjeuner reste à désirer, une amélioration serait à apporter si on vous compare aux autres hotel que j'ai passer.

Télévision et internet de faible qualité. Il a été impossible de regarder le match du Canadien à la télévision car l’image sautait ou gelait continuellement. Nous avons essayé de le regarder sur nos tablettes mais l’Internet n’était pas suffisant. Une chance que j’ai un forfait internet avec beaucoup de données car j’ai ignorer la connection internet de l’hôtel et pu regarder le match via mon propre réseau internet. J’ai avisé la réception lors de notre départ

Bon séjour, cadre de la salle d’accueil très agréable. Personnel attentif.

L'emplacement est bon, près des galeries de la capitale. Un grand stationnement
Les chambres sont propres et le personnel est courtois

Cons:

Nombre insuffisant du personnel de l'hôtel pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
Ceci fait en sort qu'ils ne peuvent répondre à votre réclamation. J'ai demandé de changer de chambre pour une raison qui incommodé la famille et la réponse était impossible. Sans rentré dans les détails.
