Очень зеленый и красивый отель! Начиная от встречи в холле прекрасной и элегантной Элиной до последнего дня все было прекрасно! Очень вкусная и разнообразная еда. Видно, что за этим очень следят. Каждый завтрак, обед и ужин руководство, шеф-повар лично все контролируют! Очень внимательные официанты, которые реагируют очень быстро на любые просьбы! Хочется каждому сказать спасибо! Бассейн идеально чистый, пляж прекрасный. Лежаки удобные с мягким матрасом.
Вечерние шоу и анимации тоже очень занимательные и интересные! А какие красивые девушки каждый вечер готовы общаться, танцевать с гостями! Ни один гость без внимания не останется! Марианночка, Элина, Таня, Ева - всем-всем спасибо! Имена не все запомнила))
У дочери пошла аллергия непонятно на, что! Служба поддержки отеля моментально отреагировала и очень быстро помогли заказать лекарство и доставить. Эльвира (Инфодеск) спасибо большое!
Также хочу поблагодарит Бусру за то, что поняли нашу ситуацию с болезнью и бесплатно продлили время и перенесли на более поздний час выезда.

Resort de excelente qualidade, staf, limpeza e realmente all inclusive. Clubinho excelente, alias o clube kids mais completo de atividades que ja estive.

O banheiro pelo padrão do resort poderia ser reformado.

A great resort to spend some quality time with the family
Pros:

Great service, impressive pool and a resort design that makes sense and significantly improves the experience.

Good balance overall, not too noisy, and a bit of everything for everyone.

Kids club and staff were awesome.

Cons:

A la carte restaurants require extra payment, and it’s not really worth it (though we do appreciate the complimentary service we received for a birthday)
