Pros:

We are regular guest in this hotel for over ten years. We love the services cleanliness and attentiveness here, only prices are going bit up to much every year, same for Spa, how possibly with taxes and service fees on reg bases $515 ? We don’t even see prices like that in most upscale hotels in US. But massage is always great with Ceasar here , highly recommend him. Some Stuff little bit disoriented with new management, some complained about , some seemed optimistic.
Great lunches next to pool, next year beach bar and dining area should be renovated.
Was not happy about extra nody bites from bugs, I got like 10 all over my legs. Used product in room and plug , did not much gekp, need to update on that. In room dining was attentive, but again over priced. Room always extra cleaned. Birthday celebration this year abd it’s my 50 th was nit addressed, but I still love you guys. We hope to come back sion again.

Beautiful property, secluded, great pools and restaurants, friendly staff. Good location to be able to visit Mayan ruins. The only downside is a relatively small beach.

Bikes are available to ride around the property. We never had to wait for anything (spa reservation, tennis reservation, restaurant, etc)
