It was not that great.
Pros:

The beach

Cons:

My family were hearing sounds during the night in the kitchen and whatever it was tore a whole into my cereal most likely a rat. The level six or breakfast wasn’t open. My accommodations were not met. Honestly the price I paid didn’t equal the value of the room. I’m glad they remodeled some things but this process of the remodel has ran its course on taking forever.

After booking an email was sent about construction …I would have never booked if work needed to be done to the hotel

September stay was good, not over crowded. Weather was good.

Awful
Pros:

Whole trip was awful was given wrong room at first . Switched to another AC unit was leaking water blow dryer was broken . Phone did not work . Service and cleanliness was awful . Room was filthy pools dirty . Staff at restaurant was ridiculous. Night shift front desk staff rude as hell . We will not be back . We have been coming for 13 years .

I would stay again, just I would call and check to see if they are still renovating.
Pros:

The water park was great for the children. The onsite bar was great. Having close access to the beach was a win too.

Cons:

Our room key didn’t work the first time and the next day it also didn’t work. The hassle to go down stairs and to the next building ( Lobby is in a whole different building next to CQdue to renovation)to see the staff was such an inconvenience.

I highly recommend this resort!
Pros:

My granddaughter and I have stayed here for the past 6 years and have never been disappointed. Last 2 visits they have been in the process of renovating but it has not interfered with our vacation. Clean, modern rooms, excellent internet connection always polite staff. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a special timeout.

Great Family Reunion (The Sanders,-Purcell).
Pros:

Great view

Cons:

Price could be cheaper
Had a cheaper hotel, but I like my view
And we stay for our Family Reunion each year
So I kept there. You didn't offer Group rates for the Family Reunion
We might have to do for a hotel with Group rates next year
