Not what we expected
Pros:

Easy access to beach

Cons:

We were given the wrong room idk whose fault it was when we let them no after check-in we were told they couldn’t do anything about it I checked to see if the room we booked was still open and it was still no help

Las albercas están muy bien más para los niños se divirtieron en las piscinas.

Cuando llegue a registrarme al hotel 3 am no me dieron el cuarto que yo reservé me dieron uno todo sucio que apenas lo habían desocupado estuvimos mi esposo y yo pidiendo otro nos dieron uno más pequeño al día siguiente pedimos que nos cambiaran de cuarto como lo habíamos alquilado frente al más y 2 camas y sofá y cocina , para 2 adultos y 4 niños . si lo hicieron pero estuvimos casi estresados hiendo al resección para recordarles aparte del error de ellos me sacaron $360 dólares más por error de ellos voy a esperar mi reembolso casi 2 días de mis vacaciones pasamos en resección jamás me había pasado algo así todo por querer alojarme en nuevos hoteles mala experiencia tuve

It was good but could have been better
Pros:

The fire show and ballon guy he was super nice the entertainment was good

Cons:

The check in was not so good we didn’t get out room until almost close to 6 the front desk girl was a bit rude, the remodeling made it uncomfortable to get to car not enough bell cart people had to take everything by hand from their cars to room vice versa.

Overall , my stay was great and comfortable, it was our 4 times there and we will be back next summer
Pros:

Property was good but it can definitely be upgraded inside as far as the hall ways .

Cons:

The cart they gave me to load my luggage on was broken ! The house keeping lady had to help me bring my things to the room

Cons:

hotel rooms gives cheap and dirty, does not have real cleaning or upkeep. So many cracks in walls and base boards and even the tubs. Hotel rooms just look like they constantly paint over them

Pros:

I loved the location.the rooms were big amd beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The floors were so dirty .i came out the shower and went to the bed and the bottom of my feet were black . I don’t think the floors have been mopped in a while .
