Gutes Hotel mit verbesserungspotential

Nettes Personal, modernes Hotel & Zimmer
Frühstück war durchschnittlich
Ist zentral am Weerwater gelegen, also viele Geschäfte und Restaurants und der Bahnhof in der Nähe

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Das Bett und die Handtücher waren frisch, die Toilette wurde aber offensichtlich nicht gereinigt und die Mülleimer waren noch relativ voll.
Auch macht die Anordnung der Fenster es in meinem Zimmer relativ dunkel und schlecht zum rausschauen.

Lokatie prima, hotel vergane glorie.
Pros:

De lokatie ligt in het vetrum met onder het hotel een parkeergarage

Cons:

We hadden een pers. kamer geboekt met 3 aparte 1 pers bedden. We kregen een 2pers bed en een stretcher. De airconditioning gaf lucht maar geen koude, De ramen waren gemaakt om open te kunnen maar waren niet te openen.

Frühstücksbufet. Persönliche Wiederbegrüßungskarte mit Getränkevoucher.

Cons:

Eingangsbereich mit Taubenkot. Zu warme Zimmer (Klimaanlage vorhanden, funktioniert aber nicht, Ventilator bringt nur mäßig etwas. Lüften nicht möglich weil fenster nur Kippbar.

Pros:

De locatie is echt top. En rechtstreeks vanuit hotel naar de parkeergarage is ook ideaal. In hotel zelf alles prima voor elkaar en heerlijk kunnen slapen.

Im winter gerne, im sommer unbewohnbar.
Pros:

Das frühstück war gut und das Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Es war eine enorme Hitze in den Zimmern. Diese sind im somme nicht bewohnbar. Die klimaanlage funktioniert in den Zimmern überhaupt nicht und dadurch, dass man die Fenster nur kippen kann, kommt auch nicht die kühle der nacht rein.

Richtig schlecht geschlafen ohne Klima
Cons:

Das größte Problem war das Bett. Es bestand aus zwei zusammengestellten Einzelbetten, die während des Schlafens ständig in der Mitte auseinanderrutschten. Dadurch war an einen erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken.

Außerdem funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass sie in allen Zimmern ausgefallen war. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, haben sich bemüht und uns zwei Ventilatoren sowie einen Dyson-Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt. Dafür möchten wir uns bedanken. Leider hat das die Situation nicht verbessert – das Zimmer war trotzdem sehr heiß, sodass auch das Schlafen dadurch sehr unangenehm war.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals war wirklich positiv. Dennoch konnten die Mängel am Zimmer unseren Aufenthalt leider erheblich beeinträchtigen. Aus diesem Grund würden wir das Hotel in diesem Zustand nicht noch einmal buchen.

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn man was zurück erstattet bekommt dafür, in dem Hotel gibt es Klima aber es funktioniert nirgendwo.
