Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut, wir konnten in der Tiefgarage parken und das Personal war überwiegend freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig und leider nicht ausreichend sauber (Staub, Haare, Schmutz und Kalkablagerungen). Auch nach der über die App gebuchten Reinigung blieb vieles schmutzig. Einige Ausstattungsgegenstände waren beschädigt, u. a. Föhnkabel und Duschschlauch. Die zusammengeschobenen Betten waren unbequem und rutschten auseinander. Das Frühstück war für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel sehr überschaubar, insbesondere für Allergiker und Veganer gab es trotz Nachfrage kaum Alternativen.

Staff were beyond friendly. Were mkre then willing to help in any case and were so amazing when my kitten joined me for my stay. They gave her some treats and a toy!!!
