Pros:

Skvele misto, prijemny hotel

Cons:

Byli jsme se psem, na bookingu jsme zarezervovali superior pokoj, museli predem zaplatit, hotel ubytovani akceptoval, pote nam napsali mail, ze pes muze pouze do pokoje standard. Nepovazuji to za seriosni.

Very comfortable and quiet retreat. Food was great and well prepared. Just wish it was closer to activities.
Pros:

Indoor pool was a nice addition to the normal gasthaus in Germany. The breakfast was extremely tasty and welcoming. Close access to the train was very convenient and kept us from having to drive two different days.

Cons:

The property was abit out of the way and a fair distance from town. Parking, especially if you came in late was challenging.

Pros:

Mieliśmy pokoje zlokalizowane na parterze przy strumyku. Pomimo wysokiej temperatury na zewnątrz w pomieszczeniach panowała przyjemna temperatura. Pokoje były przestronne i czyste a łóżka wygodne - nikt z nas nie narzekał na ból pleców. Śniadanie bardzo dobre z dużym wyborem - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Personel bardzo profesjonalny i życzliwy. Solidna nota 9. W przyszłości, gdybyśmy szukali noclegów w okolicy na pewno skorzystamy z usług tego hotelu.

The location, bed, pillow, and yes, the breakfast was fantastic.
Pros:

The rooms were lovely, my wife, who is very particular about mattresses, were extremely happy, and after leaving the hotel, we ended up buying the exact pillows, they were fantastic. Location is fantastic and the breakfast…spot on! Great selection of food.

Cons:

This is such a strange thing to mention, but we would not be honest if we did not, on the third evening of our stay, my wife become very ill, not sure if it was an allergic reaction to what she ate, or not, we had different meals and I was perfectly fine. It unfortunately meant that my wife could not move the next day and spent most of the time in bed. I will add, we like the hotel enough to book one extra night as we did not want to let the experience spoil our time.

Verschrikkelijk, nooit meer!
Pros:

De locatie, dat was ook wel het enige positieve eerlijk gezegd. Mooi uitzicht en dichtbij de Eibsee + Zigspitze. Ook mooie wandelpaden.

Cons:

Het personeel was enorm onvriendelijk. We hebben 10 minuten voor de balie gestaan wanneer we wilden inchecken terwijl er twee dames achter de balie stonden. Ze gaven niet aan dat we even een seconde moesten wachten, niks. Andere gasten werden voor ons geholpen terwijl wij langer stonden te wachten!!! We weten niet of het lag aan het feit dat ik een hoofddoek droeg, maar voor ons nooit meer!

Het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet 👍
En de omgeving om het hotel, de Höllentalklamm is aan te raden en de Eibsee oa.

Het hotel viel tegen voor een 4 sterren hotel.
Wij waren met z'n drieën, 2 volwassenen en kind van 17 jaar. Wij hadden een upgrade ivm mijn gezondheid, we zouden dezelfde kamer krijgen maar dan in het hoofdgebouw. Bij aankomst hadden we een andere kamer dan wij geboekt hadden, op de foto in de mail van hun kant werd de kamer getoond die wij ook geboekt hadden. Onze dochter moest op een stalen, krakend campingbedje liggen. Daar gingen we natuurlijk niet mee akkoord. Terug naar de receptie en de dame gaf aan dat er een nieuwe betere uitvoering op de kamer zou komen, een soort van rolbed, dan denk aan een tóch steviger bed dan een campingbedje. Maar verassend genoeg was het hetzelfde campingbedje maar dan nieuw met een extra matras er bovenop voor extra versteveging 🙈
Niet te geloven, waren er al klaar mee... dus na het avondeten wéér naar de receptie gegaan...ik wilde hier een compensatie voor omdat dit niet voor een kind van 17 jaar te doen is op zo'n bedje... een kind van een jaar of 6 á 8 tot daaraan toe.
We hebben het uiteindelijk met ons avondeten, wat vrij prijzig was, 95 euro kunnen compenseren. De dame probeerde eerst 20 euro vd prijs af te halen maar dat was niet genoeg in ons ogen. Uiteindelijk netjes opgelost maar wel een domper.
Bij een upgrade denk je aan een mooiere betere kamer maar de kamer die wij geboekt hadden was zelfs groter en beter dan deze. Ook interieur zwaar verouderd met krassen, verf van de muur, erg armoedig.
Parkeerplaats is erg slecht het wegdek met gaten waar je ook nog 10,50 per nacht voor moet betalen. En eigenlijk niet genoeg plek voor alle auto's, genoeg die langs de weg parkeerden en dan ook nog ervoor moeten betalen.
Bediening buiten op terras was niet echt met aandacht erbij; stel naast ons had 4x geroepen om af te rekenen maar werd niet op gereageerd, dus die waren best pissig.

Świetna lokalizacja, wróciłem ponownie do Grainau i nie zawiodłem się. Lokalizacja tuż przy Hollentalklamm - bajka. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie i miłe zaskoczenie infrastrukturą SPA.

Cons:

dodatkowa płatność za parking - zaskoczyło mnie to, może nie doczytałem oferty...

Potenzial nach oben!!! Top Lage !!!!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist perfekt! Es geht in allen Richtungen per Bus oder Zahnradbahn,alles vor der Tür.
Das Frühstück war ganz ok, hätte mir mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Das Abendbuffet war teils sehr lecker und teils ok, sehr abwechslungsreich was mir aehr gut gefiel.

Cons:

Was sehr sehr schlimm war...war unser Standard Zimmer,
Tag 1 wo wir das Zimmer betreten haben, war es nicht sauber, an manchen Stellen waren Spinnweben an fast jeder Ecke.
Die Wände sind teils beschädigt und teils durch Abreibungen von Gegenständen abgefärbt(was normal sein kann.).
Die Möbel waren sehr alt und was gar nicht schön ist, war der alte rote Teppich... Es wurde auch nicht Staubgewicht, der Tisch die Beistelltische waren alle verstaubt.
Größer Kritikpunkt: Unsere Spannbettlaken waren kaputt und dreckig gewesen, Bei 3 Anlaufversuch an der Rezeption wurden die Laken gewechselt. Und es war Freitag!!! Montag angereist, Freitag gewechselt..Die Reinigungskraft muss sich mehr Mühe gegeben,

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel bien équipé
Pros:

Très bon hôtel avec un espace spa et piscine très agréable. Aussi plaiant l'été que l'hiver. Le Zugspitze est à proximité, et beaucoup d'autres excursions sont très proches.

Cons:

Une bouilloire dans la chambre serait très appréciable. L'hôtel est parfaitement propre mais demanderait à être un peu rafraîchi.
