Pros:

I liked the location, very convenient to have hikes in the area. The breakfast was very big, they even had lactose free yogurt as an option! Also, the spa just inside the structure is the extra feature that you really enjoy after the hike. The room was clean and comfortable, robes and towels for pool/spa were included.

Cons:

The staff was not the most welcoming and they didn't tell us we could have the Grainau Card for free. The day after we found out and we had to pay 12 euro for a round-way ticket to Eibsee. They could have spent just one minute telling us and providing us with that.

Die Lage von dem Hotel war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr gut und schnell. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltigen. Bei Halbpension gibt es Abends ein sehr leckeres Buffet.

Cons:

Das die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen sind besonderes im Haupthaus und unser Waschbecken und Toilette sollten mal ausgetauscht werden....
