Absolutely nothing
Check-in ok after that downhill

Cons:

No hot water and night person turned down the phone and my husband had to go downstairs 3 times, she had to push a button, didn’t work, finally got another room but I was already unpacked and took a cold shower, when I told the day person about the night and why I had 2 room keys she never blinked or looked concern, no apology or even a thank you. I will never stay there again.
