Very disappointing, could’ve spent my money elsewhere
Pros:

It was very put together, neat, and clean. It definitely felt luxurious and the beds were very comfortable

Cons:

I spent $254 in total for one night, honestly all the hotel had to offer me for that was a bed and a workout facility there was no complimentary breakfast, no pool, there was a bathtub instead of a walk in shower, the sink was small and outdated. I feel like overall for how much it costs to stay a night it could have provided me with at least a breakfast and had a walk in shower the rooms very outdated If id wanted a stay where the room felt ancient I could’ve stayed at a quality inn for cheaper and they have a free breakfast

Pros:

The Room and location was very good but the bed was very narrow and also the toilet didn't have vent

Cons:

We had bad experience with daytime front desk staff , they were not friendly and helpful

Multiple Issues, No Follow-Through
Pros:

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Upon check-in, I found what appeared to be dried blood on the duvet and hair on one of the pillows, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. I disinfected the bed myself and removed the duvet.

The following morning, the on-site restaurant, Sauciety, was closed with no prior notice. Attempts to order through the hotel’s website were unsuccessful due to items being listed as unavailable, even when trying to order something as simple as tea.

I spoke with a manager who assured me the issues would be addressed, including having someone inspect the room and providing a missing part for the coffee/tea machine. Unfortunately, neither occurred. I was given a $40 breakfast voucher for the next day, but the restaurant was still closed when I attempted to use it.

Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell short of expected standards.

Pros:
