The gentlemen from Egypt ( front desk)was super friendly and accommodating, thank you! And the $25 services credit was an added bonus,awesome!

Cons:

I did find the very large piece of styrofoam lodged behind the toilet in our room out of place for a " high end" hotel...

My time was amazing at the Westin. And the locations was amazing

Cons:

The staff instead of resolving my complaint about overcharging me provoked me into a shouting match and then called the police on me instead of resolving my complaint. I will consider taking legal action against them because they essentially stole about 500 dollars from me.

We loved the location and the room was very comfortable; would stay there again
Pros:

Location location location!! Also, the bartender at the hotel bar was so nice!!

Cons:

There were no microwaves in the rooms; just one at the water station. And the fridge in our room was not working
