I understand, it is the end of summer, and rates are going to be high. However, for the price, it was not ideal ($6489.42 for 3 nights) - we had a 2 bedroom suite room -mountain view. The mountains are in the distance, way passed the subway and other fast food signs. Our room is on the corner next to the street, very close to an intersection. So, loud music from cars waiting at the lights and accelerating/peeling out cars go throughout the day past 11pm. We are right across the street from a grocery store, which is great. However, we ended up being approached by 2 homeless individuals. We did not feel like we were in danger, only because of my 250lb husband and his do not mess with my family stare. The front desk staff is not very friendly and abruptly interrupts any questions, or concerns you have with a can't do anything about it answer - we asked at 5pm, that if they were unable to clean our room, to please help with 4 large bath towels exchange only. She said FINE, 3 sets, we said, no, no need, only 4 bath towels since we have 5 people and are trying to reuse towels - she hang up on us and about 5 mins later, a nice older gentlemen came and delivered 5 sets of towels to us. The morning buffet is ok, the grill had an excellent chef (of Puerto Rican origin maybe), except when he is not doing the cooking, then, everything is either burnt or raw. Overall, I read through many hotel reviews before booking and believe most of the hotels are all in this same level.

Really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a very convenient location and the staff is very friendly. The library area with the pool table was really fun for our teenagers. The hotel was very clean and felt updated. The breakfast staff was excellent and everything was so tasty. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I have stayed here before. Excellent property. The staff have always been very nice and helpful. This stay was no different. I would like to personally thank Whit, who was working the front desk. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help myself and friends.

The property has always been very clean and rooms in excellent condition. Plenty of food options in the area. The breakfast was awesome. The vibe and decorations feel like Alaska. Awesome!

Nice location, clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. Due to flight delays, we didn't arrive until 2 am however the young gal at the desk was just as nice as can be for it being so late and that was experience with all the staff during our stay. The room was comfortable and clean with all we needed. The beds were comfy, shower head and water pressure were good. We enjoyed the evening Happy Hour with a complimentary drink and some cheese, crackers etc. The breakfast buffet was clean and had the basics along with cooked to order omelets, pancakes and french toast. Off the lobby there was a small game room of sorts as well as the for purchase food/beverage/sundry items. The location for us was good. Ten minutes to the downtown area and 15 minutes from the airport. During our stay I did notice that an airline puts up its pilots there as there was a few at breakfast and I always take that as a good sign. The hotel was everything we needed and we'd stay again.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay here. The suites have everything you need and the bed was comfortable. The guest happy hour each weeknight is a big plus. You receive one free drink, and they have light appetizers like cheese and crackers, etc. The complimentary breakfast was very good and offered quite a bit of food—eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, bacon, cereal, potatoes, baked goods, and more. They also offer made-to-go pancakes and omelets. Staff do a good job keeping the buffet item pans full, cleaning off tables, etc. The hotel has a nice lobby area and a library with a pool table. We would stay here again if ever in Anchorage again.

Our family of 5 always struggles to find places to stay. This hotel had two queens and a sofa bed which worked well.

The room was nice and clean. It had all the amenities we needed including a kitchenette. The breakfast was excellent each morning.

There was plenty of parking for our vehicle as well.

Embassy suites in Anchorage was fantastic. The rooms are very spacious, the hotel staff was exceptional. I think our favorite part of the trip was the restaurant and meeting Antoine and other restaurant staff. Antoine is the restaurant manager and came out several times to check on guests. Antoine was very personable and had great information about where the food was sourced from locally. My friends and I highly recommend this hotel.

Was very impressed with room size and comforts. Staff we dealt with were all good at their jobs. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Two free drinks in lounge between 5:30 and 7:30 was a nice touch

Dreadful receptionist very abrupt and rude ! Not what we needed after 25hours of travelling! No greeting offered j just name then credit card then proceeded to take a telephone call which lasted 10 minutes whilst we stood exhausted. No apology just give me your credit card details. Twice I asked did her machine except phone tap then got a curt whatever you like response . My husband enquired why the credit card was needed and got a rude response that this is America you’re required and you will get it back. Factual information but delivered in a very rude manner . We were looking forward to staying again at Embassy Suited as we had a wonderful experience in San Diego but this was the exact opposite.

This hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was amazing. The one small complaint we have is that the hot tub jets would not come on.
