The breakfast
We were moved to 3 different rooms. The last room, we could not flush the toilet
The ac was cold and the bed was comfortable
Dirty bathtub, dirty toilet, dirty couch, dirty floors
The hotel needs maintenance . Bathroom walls are cracked. Tub needs resurfacing. Room it self needs a deep clean and refresh.
Towels not clean. Not enough bath towels provided. Carpet and sofa needs cleaning .

Front desk clerk was not helpful, the elevators and hallways reeked of marijuana and the key cards would not work even after exchanging for new ones. After 3 trips back and forth from what was supposed to be our room to the front desk. We had the room refunded and left.
The room smelled strongly of marijuana. They claimed there were no other rooms available, so I dealt with the headache and nausea because it was late at night and I was exhausted. The desk worker said she’d try to find some air freshener since it smelled like “a pound of weed”— her words; but she forgot about me. Probably because none of the key cards were working, so they were having to let everyone into their rooms with a master. There was hair on the toilet and in the shower, which had several cracks in the walls. Several of the wall outlets were not working either.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable!
The TV didn’t work and the WiFi sucks!
First, stain on the floor of the hotel room-understandable so we blew it off. Then the tub wouldn’t drain-even though the stopper was out of the tub.
Good breakfast.
But here is where things get irritating….
We were put on the 3rd floor. No big deal-there is an elevator. We went UP the elevator HOWEVER the elevator was broken -we had to walk down. We aren’t out of shape-so other than the fact we had to carry our luggage down the stairs we can make that work.
When we told the lady at the front desk about the tub drainage-she just said “okay” with the most uninterested look on her face.
But the worst part is when we told her the elevator wasn’t working she said, “We know”
They KNEW yesterday when they put us upstairs!!!! She told my husband it wasn’t their problem but an elevator problem.

Tub was nasty. Stains were on sheets and pillows.
Staff was very helpful
Not pets allowed, yet we saw small dog wandering on 2nd floor hallway and sniffing around as it was needed to go to bathroom.
Had issues with tv/remote and ac, changed the room.

The staff was very nice and always busy. Ms. Tiffany was exceptionally nice and professional.
The place could use a little updating.
The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
I wouldn’t use the tub because it looked dirty. We went down for breakfast at 8:15 and there wasn’t any left except biscuits.
