Disappointing
Pros:

The facility at first arrival is very nice. Nice exterior, nice facility, the rooms looked fine, beds cozy, and bathroom counters are nice.

Cons:

The details have fallen through the cracks which ruined the stay and could run the hotel over time. They did not have enough towels for everyone in our room, No pool towels, The shower had mold and would not drain, the phone did not work, there was no silverware at breakfast and all the trash cans were overflowing. It a was disappointing stay.

The Vase tapestry on the entry wall and coffee in the lobby
Lemon water in lobby

Elevator did not work
Tub did not drain
Bathroom ceiling leaking and falling in
Towel shelf came off in my face and nearly hurt my nose
Room smelled of wet dog and cigarettes
Pool algea so bad you would get asthma if you walked next to it
Room keys quiit working
Refrigerator needed defrosting
Have pictures of lack of cleaning and care
All these were problems with each of our 4 stays...... We really should get a refund

Pros:

The room was cold

Cons:

We spend 325 dollars to stay in a room full of mold in the bathroom. Elevator hasn’t been serviced in years. The room had paint chipps and stains in the room ceilings as well.

The keycard never worked. Maintenance services was poor.
Pros:

The breakfast! The food was very tasty. Breakfast staff were courteous and polite. They kept the area clean at all times.
The room was temperature was perfectly comfortable.

Cons:

It’s old. It needs to be updated. Better maintenances services in addition to training some of the receptionist staff to be more professional. No Clean towels were available.

The property could have been nice it’s not being maintained!

Cons:

It was not manicured at all no plants just grown up vegetation especially the back area.The front desk clerk was apparently asleep, it was 2 family waiting ahead of us about 15 minutes! The room was not cleaned the sink and bathroom vanity was sticky, the mattress was soiled with blood stains no mattress cover so stains were visible through the sheets! The carpet was stained as well! We are very disappointed with this stay!!!

Horrible stay!!
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

They didn’t have towels, the key wouldn’t unlock the doors. The coffee was watered down and the bacon was undercooked. I tried calling 4 days straight before arriving and no one would answer the phone. I sent a message and no one never responded.

Will not stay at a comfort inn and suites again.
Pros:

Front staff was super nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean at all. First room had needles and syringes from previous guests that were left and not cleaned out. I took a picture to the front desk and the lady was super nice and put us in a different room. The floors were nasty and there was sticky stuff spilled all over the table where you sit your stuff down. Very ran down and not cleaned at all.

Customer service was top tier and the room was spacious!

Cons:

The shower area wasn't tidy. Only 1 channel worked on the TV nor did the volume. Complimentary breakfast was very late!
