The location was good, right off the main highway. Hotel was clean and beds were comfy for our 1 night stay.

The hotel had no water service so we did not stay there but everyone is still charging us for the stay but we were told we could cancel the stay with no charge that has not happened we have been charged I can not believe travel places want to charge you for a room with no toilet available I was not paying for camping outdoors! So people be aware of booking.com and Springhill Suites

Friendly staff, good location. Being renovated.

The front desk was very attentative. The hotel has been newly remodeled and the room we had was huge. Great breakfast and a very quiet room.

The ROOM was pretty good. The music in the lobby was LOUD and hard to talk around. Hotel is currently undergoing renovation, it the loud noise was not construction related. The next morning - music was the same in the lobby. The employees that came in and by the check-in counter were loud, not discreet and unprofessional sounding to the ones trying to enjoy breakfast.
We searched hard to find a pet-free hotel (bad dog allergies, but understand we just have to deal with service animals). Receptionists were very defensive and rude when my husband mentioned to them that a guest had been seen with a non-service dog within the hotel - same receptionists that barely spoke a word to me when I went to check us out later (not knowing about the dog conversation).
Our room was nice, but won’t be back because of the receptionist and lobby experience.

Everything from check in time to check out was excellent. We visit Shreveport a couple of times a year and will be staying here. Excellent customer service, breakfast, clean rooms.

Our suite accommodated six women excellently. Front desk associate was very friendly.

Nice clean and friendly staff

I booked the room for my family thinking the pool was up and running little did I know the pool and half the hotel was being remodeled. I couldn’t cancel the reservation because I booked through Expedia tried calling Expedia but could never get anyone. I book the two queen suite with double sofa bed no sofa bed was Available.

The hotel is in the middle of remodeling which came with water being shutoff, a lot of noise throughout the day, out of order lobby bathroom, and hot common areas.

Sharon was wonderful at breakfast , the food was great, she was so nice and treated me like I was in a sit down restaurant, and made sure I did not need anything.

I loved the newly renovated room and enjoyed the pool, it was nice and clean also. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved that it was so close to the racetrack

The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing a renovation, and one of the elevators was not working. The entire second floor hallway had zero air conditioning, and it felt even more hot than it was outside. Our room had a strange smell, and the carpet was wet. I later realized it was that wet Mildew wet carpet smell. The air conditioner could not keep up with the humidity in the room because of the wet carpet so it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep.

Flight had gotten cancelled so we decided to stay by the track. Easy walk.
