Great Accommodations!
Pros:

Excellent hotel! Brayla, at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. She greeted us with a smile, and got us checked in expeditiously. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable, and the AC worked great. I will definitely book this hotel again when traveling to Shreveport.

NA....perfect stay.

Cons:

They left dirty towels outside our doors the whole stay. When we arrived they were there and when we left they were still there. Coffee in room wasn’t good, I suggest
Folgers coffee.

Pros:

The front desk staff was nice and friendly.

Cons:

They did not inform you that the hotel was under construction.
1 day did not have water.
I requested daily turn down service. They showed up 1 time in 6 days.
Will never recommend this place.
I paid $1200 for a 6 day stay and the worse mistake.
