I loved my stay
Pros:

I enjoy the friendly staff when I arrived and I had an issue with my refrigerator and they assisted me immediately. They moved me to another room with no hesitation.

Great Accommodations!
Pros:

Excellent hotel! Brayla, at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. She greeted us with a smile, and got us checked in expeditiously. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable, and the AC worked great. I will definitely book this hotel again when traveling to Shreveport.

Cons:

NA....perfect stay.

Stay was OK except for what seemed to be thinly insulated walls causing us to be able to hear neighbors conversation int
Pros:

Convenience to the Racetrack

Cons:

Could hear conversations of people next door too well

Cons:

the pool has been removed since last i stayed. Not much room for the continental breakfast. maybe the remodel was the reason.
