Great price for the room.easy on off from route 95. Good dinner options nearby. For a one night stay it was ok

It was a great location, off route 95. There were lots of dining options, dine in and take out. The room was clean. Liked the easy step in to the shower even though it was into a tub. It seemed a low sided tub. Liked the gift bag we recieved at check in. The desk clerk we checked in was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Lots of door slams, elevator noise throughout the night. Pillows were too soft, no support. There was no guide for the TV. Food can be very subjective, but I did not enjoy breakfast.

Pros:

The size of the room was great, the beds were very comfy. Pillows were vertigo fluffy but went flat.

Cons:

The shower stall was broken, the liner was to short. The hand held shower sprayer was installed wrong and pointed at the back of the shower and the spout pull only let about half the water go to the shower.

After 30 days on vacation and a 2,000 mile trip, it was nice to stay at a Marriott brand hotel

Reception and check in by Tyrell was exceptional - treated myself and my spouse as special people. Professionalism was outstanding.

I was really disappointed.

The location.

Cons:

I stayed in Room 230 and there was NO HOT WATER on the first night nor in the next morning. The Television was not working for 1 day. I felt NO EMPATHY from the staff.. On checkout day, the manager gave me a reduction at half price for only 1 day.
