Friendly staff (David) at the counter. Spacious room.
Elderly friendly room as have emergency pull strings in the toilet and room.

Cons:

1. Toilet flush got problem (loosen), although we had reported to front desk staff on the first day but they didn't send technician to check during our 2-nights' stay.
2. When I Google the location of hotel while booking, it shows 7 mins walk. However, it's actually need to climb staircase from the Market St (out from the train station). So we dragged our luggages and walked a big round instead. In the end, we chose to take cab from hotel to station after checking out although it's just 5 mins drive. Besides, if u are going to Royal Miles, need to climb the slope also.

Pros:

The family room is spacious. A double bed with a sofabed. Enough for a couple with 2 small kids! The room is directly infront of the lift! They even have lobby where we can lepak

Für Bahnreisende absolut geeignet.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist gut und trotzdem ruhig. Von hier aus kann man gut zu Fuß in die Stadt starten. Die touristischen Hauptatraktionen sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Bahnhof (Waverly) mit Gepäck 15 min.

Cons:

Beim ersten Mal etwas tricky zu finden weil man über Brücken quasi in der Zweiten Etage läuft, Das Hotel aber in einer darunter liegenden Straße ist. Das macht in der Folge dann, bei besserer Orientierung aber keinerlei Probleme mehr. Ich wollte es nur mal erwähnt haben.
