Courtyard Bethlehem Lehigh Valley/I-78

The room was updated. Super nice. Excellent shower and sitting area. Free parking.

While we don't expect a four star stay at this type of hotel. we were disappointed with the following:

- the only room available was a king with pull out couch for 3 of us. The pull-out couch was horrendous and should never be an option. Mattress was very thin and had some kind of bar in the middle making it extremely uncomfortable. A pull-out couch is never wonderful, but this one was exceptionally awful. The sheet set didn't fit, and we had to ask two times for a blanket and pillows since none were provided in the room.

-bathroom shower towels were such poor quality, incredibly thin.

- front staff were not friendly and only helpful when asked a few times.

Positives-

- clean room
- cleaning staff were so helpful and very friendly
- ample parking
- options for coffee, lattes, etc (at a cost but still convenient to have in lobby)
-king sized bed was comfortable

Coming in town for a wedding. We were needing to arrive early so we called ahead. Danny was amazing he couldn’t guarantee that all our rooms would be ready but that we would at least have 2. When he arrived,
He welcomed us, remembered us! Our rooms were clean and ready! The morning after it was so nice to relax in the courtyard they have in the back with a cup of Starbucks from the Bistro. This place is tastefully
Decorated and the quality of the service stellar! Thank you for the lovely stay!

It was an amazing experience where staff beyond amazing! Mark Cora was so personable and so attentive def a 10/10!!!!!!

The employees and management went above and beyond. Loved that they had a Starbucks inside the hotel. Also pool and jacuzzi temperatures were perfect.

What an amazing property with an outstanding staff. My girlfriend and I visited over Valentine's Day weekend.

Where routes 78 and 33 meet, the location serves as the gateway to the Lehigh Valley.

Although the property will undergo a renovation, the hotel is clean, well-kempt, and welcoming. It's clear that the entire staff takes care of this place from top to bottom.

At the front desk, you may meet Danny who is kind, professional, and helpful. I may not have had the chance to meet the other team members (from front desk personnel to housekeeping), but they all worked well together and there were smiles all around. That makes for one amazing group of people who care about what they do — and it shows.

Mark was the bartender our two nights at the property. He makes an excellent gin martini as well as a cosmopolitan. Like Danny, he's kind, helpful, and pleasant, and he served our meals at the bistro.

Although one must pay for breakfast (served in the bistro), the hotel does have quiet hours, which only made our weekend even more special.

My girlfriend and I cannot wait to return to enjoy another exceptional stay.

Wonderful overnight stay . In town for family event. Upon arrival we were asked about a preference on room location. We really appreciated this gesture. We’ve stayed at many hotels and we’ve never been asked this question. Usually a room is assigned with little option on location. Definitely started off our stay on a very good note with wonderful customer service. The good experience continued. Room was large, bed comfortable,clean and everything in working condition. Hot water and good water pressure. All important issues to me. Location was quiet in hallway and outside building. Plenty of parking available. Located to many restaurants nearby. If in the area I’ll be returning to this hotel.
