Waterside was not working!

It was at a convenient location, next to a grocery store and restaurants
Hot tub was hot... front desk charged us 3 times for one night stay. Wont rectify it.

The room size was excellent and bathroom was well done.
Our family check in on Monday August 3rd and found out the T.V. was not working and the staff told us that Roger's will be out to fix them tomorrow. On Tuesday we found out they won't be fixed until Friday.
In reality the T.V. had not been working in the hotel since 23rd of July. The breakfast was disappointing, yorgurt machine was broken for sometime and suggest maybe buy some individual yogurts. I Told the breakfast staff that they set you up to fail, no cups for coffee, he could not keep up with the amount of people with food and clean dishes that guests were washing out dirty coffee cups.
Everything else was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel facilities were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our stay was enjoyable overall. The only disappointing part was the breakfast experience, which needs much better organization and management.
The breakfast management was very disappointing. We had to wait in a very long queue just to get food, and by the time we reached the serving area, many items were unavailable. In the end, I managed to get only a small amount of food, which was far from a proper breakfast.
The breakfast service needs much better organization and crowd management. There should be a more orderly system so guests can access food without excessive waiting.
My wife, our three children, and I were very disappointed. We left the breakfast room without having a proper breakfast, which negatively affected our overall experience at the hotel.

Sunday morning breakfast was chaotic. If the hotel is full addl staff should be around. The service area collect was dishes too small. Had to wait long periods of time no clean plates available, no hot water for tea. Took too long my breakfast was over. The staff were excellent and doing their best. Management need to look into better breakfast coordination. Saturday was ok but Sunday challengingly.

The pool with waterslide is a very nice bonus. Well maintained as well.
Makes for a good stop in a town close to waterton NP. Just 45 mins drive.
As you would expect it is on the industrial estate. But not noisy.
