Decent for the price, not resort style service
Pros:

Hotel advertised adjoining rooms. With my booking of 2 rooms I made the request for rooms to adjoin. Upon checkin we were told our rooms could not be together. Also, each night we had to request bath towels. The first night we had to call twice and the second night it took 4 phone calls before we received our towels. The room had been cleaned and towels taken away but not replaced. Not overly impressed with the service.
The breakfast buffet was reasonable.
Pools were clean, but not heated.

A Relaxing Time at Al Jahra
Pros:

I was super impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. They even gave me a room upgrade unprompted, which was kind. The staff made me feel welcome and important. I loved the pool and the huge gym, and the relaxed atmosphere of the whole place. It was a great experience.

Pros:

The hotel was handy for my business visit, is close to other amenities, mall and fitness centre. The hotel provided an excellent airport pick up and drop off service. The room was large and comfortable and included a small kitchen. The staff were extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel with good facilities
Pros:

the hotel is overall good. but the booking system of Expedia was worse. i wanted to check out early than the booked dates, but was unable to cancel it direct from Hotel or Expedia. i wasted my money for the extra day and had to check out early without any refund.

Expedia advertising cheap deals which aren't !!!
Pros:

booked a 5 day stay through Expedia, however when I arrived at the hotel I was informed I had to pay another £30.00 a night because the deal Expedia gave me was only for GCC persons only. Reluctantly, I paid the additional money and when I got home I informed Expedia who said they would give me a refund.Sent them all the receipts proving the additional cost and after repeated promises of a quick settlement nothing has happen now for 16 weeks. I thought Expedia were better than that !!!!

عند الحجز طلبت غرفه بسرير كنج سايز ولكن وجدتها توين
قنوات التلفزيون قليلة جدا جدا
ادوات القهوة والشاي موجودة لكني لم ارى في حياتي القهوة والشاي والسكر بهذه الكمية القليلة حتى اني انحرجت من زوجتي
كان هناك ازعاج طوال الليل ولكن لا اعتقد انه بسبب الفندق ولكن بسبب النزلاء
موظفي الاستقبال غير متعاونين ويخفون عنك خدماتك وحقوقك
