Good location and lovely old building.

Cons:

Beer garden shut at 16:30 due to rain despite having large covered areas. Had to make your own coffee at breakfast with a machine that most guests couldn't fathom. Edges of bathroom door in room not painted and bare wood. Not what I would expect from a hotel that costs £250.00 per night.

Lovely hotel in good location, comfortable and excellent food
Pros:

The breakfast and evening meal were excellent
Very clean and well decorated
Very comfortable bed

Cons:

Would have benefited from somewhere to put personal belongings, only surface in bedroom was tea tray and small bedside cabinets.
Case had to go on floor.
Shower had problem with keeping right temperature, obviously other demands on water pressure, went from too hot to too cold constantly.
