Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk to both the metro and the railway station. The staff were incredibly nice and went out of their way to make our kids feel welcome and special. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. A huge, unexpected bonus—especially for families or anyone on a longer trip—is the free self-service washing machines and dryers. We highly recommend this place!

Very nice hotel, excellent value.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, nice to several metro stations, very clean and well kept. Excellent breakfast selection, as well as reasonably priced dinner buffet. We were there during typhoon season, had a few airline related problems and staff was very accomodating and supportive - Rachel, Rikki and the rest of the staff helped a lot. The cleaning staff was also accomodating, always cleaning the room even at later hours.

Bardzo komfortowy
Pros:

Bardzo dobry Hotel z dobrą obsługą. Pracownicy porozumiewali się w języku angielskim, co w Chinach nie jest oczywiste. Bardzo dobra obsługa na śniadaniu (śniadanie świetne)

Pros:

The hotel is in a great spot, super close to a convenience store and the subway. Everyone was really friendly. I gotta give a special thanks to Beck. He was so thoughtful he made sure I got a quiet room and walked me through the subway lines. That really saved me a lot of trouble!

Deilig frokost og rom som passer familie på fire!
Pros:

Frokosten var fantastisk. Ricci som jobbet i resepsjonen. Tøfler og effektive heiser.

Cons:

Sengene kunne gjerne vært noen cm bredere på rom med to dobbelt senger. Fungerte likevel helt ok å sove der som familie på fire.

The best hotel of Shanghai ever!
Pros:

The property is well located. Staff is very friendly especially Riccie in front office and Hong in breakfast room. Riccie helped us instantly without hesitation. I wrongly booked one more day and she helped us unbook the whole hotel days and make new booking without any penalties. That was so nice of her to help foreigner. Also I forgot to include breakfast. She did it for us without additional charges. Also, the hotel was so clean that I wouldn’t say the same about JW Marriott Beijing Central where I unfortunately stayed in Beijing. And the cleaner of the 6th floor was very and very friendly and kind. Me together with my family are very satisfied with the hotel and the staff. If I were director of the hotel I would definitely raise their pay and add daily bonuses. They deserve it indeed. The welcoming guy opening door of taxi every time was also very pleasant. In general, this is perfect hotel with the perfect staff. I strongly recommend to choose this hotel amongst all.

Buena ubicación. Limpio y cómodo.

Cons:

Mi hijo con 40 de fiebre y convulsiones en el sofá de hall tras hacer el check out. Y el personal nos miraban como pasmarotes, con cero empatía y sin ofrecer ayuda ni preocuparse lo más mínimo. El único que se preocupó fue el chico que ayuda con el equipaje. No es digno de un hotel de esa categoría. Estoy convencido que el personal de un hotel más humilde nos hubieran ofrecido toda la ayuda y soporte que necesitamos.

Tolles Hotel, netter Empfang, sehr hilfsbereites Personal.
Frühstück war sehr lecker und es ist für jeden etwas dabei.
Zimmer war sehr sauber. Fitnessraum ist ebenfalls sehr gut.
