Fantastic experience
Pros:

Rachel saved my Life, it was my first time in China and she helped me underestanding the apps I needed for paying and calling a cab, she was very pacient and helpful

A wonderful experience and a peaceful stay
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, and the staff are incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. I'd like to thank Rachel for her cooperation and dedication to guest comfort and providing excellent service. The hotel is also exceptionally clean, with daily room cleaning, towel changes, and thorough cleaning of all surfaces and restrooms. A special thank you to the staff member responsible for the 23rd floor, where my room was located; she was incredibly helpful and kind. 😊 The experience deserves a 10 out of 10 rating.

Perfect stay at Shanghai
Pros:

Rachel saved my life. It was my first time in China and I didn’t know how to use the app I needed to pay and call a Taxi, Rachel took the time to show me how to use those apps she was very patient and helpful. I am very grateful with her.

Cons:

Everything was just perfect. I I fully recommend this hotel.

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The facilities were great, but what really stood out was the service – some members of the team were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant.

I want to give a special shoutout to a few people from the F&B (Food and Beverage) team: Lychee, Tomato, and Watermelon. They were always smiling, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Whether it was recommending dishes, checking in on me during meals, or just brightening my day with their warm personalities, they truly made a difference.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

Exceptional stay in Shanghai!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, the room was beautiful. What truly made the difference was the outstanding service, especially from Rachel, who went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We felt very well taken care of and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
