Overall, it was a value for money stay. The gym is complete and decent for a hotel. Feels like commercialised gym with enough equipments to complete your chest/back/leg day. There is a 24/7 7 Eleven within less than 5mins walk from the hotel. Didi is easy to get too. The housekeeping staff Ms Huang at Level 19 is very accommodating and friendly. By 9am daily she is already cleaning from room to room and by the time I’m back from a day out in the city the room is clean, bed made and amenities replenished in a generous amount. The concierge staffs were also resourceful and helpful. They would gladly offer to help make dining or massage reservations using their personal mobile without hesitating. I highly recommend this hotel if it is within your budget. On average, it takes about 15-25mins Didi ride to get to the city / touristy areas and approximately 1hr to get to/fro Pudong International Airport (PVG).
Will be great if there are eateries within walking distance from the hotel though there is a train station within 5-10mins walk from the hotel. There is a 7 Eleven within 5mins though.

We chose this hotel in Shanghai and were very happy with our choice. Everything was good: the rooms were clean, comfortable, breakfasts were nice and offered a great variety of food. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the girls Rabbit and Pineapple for their kindness and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai.
We booked two superior rooms with a view and panoramic windows, but one of the rooms did not have panoramic windows, and was less spacious. We mentioned this to the reception staff, but they said that it was still considered a superior room. This was the only issue during our stay.
Otherwise, everything was good. The hotel is conveniently located near the 1000 Trees mall. The area is quiet and cozy, and it is easy to get around by taxi or public transport. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Really liked the way the room was organized with an efficient use of space. The room was great, especially enjoyed the green-tiled wall on the sink. Could use a bit more space but overall a nice value for the money. The staff were quite attentive and helped us with our questions, gave us a welcome drink and umbrellas when it was raining. The breakfast was truly exceptional. I enjoyed having both Chinese and Western food options, fresh fruit and sourdough bread. The gym was also surprisingly well-equipped. It is basically your regular gym that has all the necessary equipment and machines. Also enjoyed being able to use the laundry at any time. The TV in the room shows the washer and dryer availability in real time, which was very handy. And of course, the location was super-convenient. The railway station and metro are just a 5-7 minute walk away. Across the street is a mall and on the way to the station there are some local food chains and a minimart.
The windows in our room were a bit dirty, but that wasn't really an issue.

Hotel is located at a convenient location. Staff were very pleasant especially Luna from front desk and Liu Chiu Fang serving Level 17 making sure the room is clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

value for money, got upgraded to 1 big bed and 1 sofa bed - perfect for me and 2 kids. huge bathroom/toilet and breakfast was HUUUGGGEE
location is also good next to high speed train
lobby linked to restaurant and varity of food is HUGE..... but overall crowded and abit smelly as in too much food and kicthen smell....
Location is amazing . Very close to the central areas of Shanghai and theres a train station right next to it which helped us a lot as we didn’t have to go to hongqiao anymore .
Be prepared to hear train sounds all day and late into the night . If that’s not a huge problem for you then this is a a fantastic place .
