Pros:

I had an excellent stay at the Central Palace Taksim and mr. Kadir at the reception helped me a lot with my trip in Istanbul.
Excellent location. Very clean. Polite and helpfull personel.

Pros:

Espaço e cama.

Cons:

TV e controle velhos, difícil de utilizar. Banheira com laterais muito altas. Ar condicionado desligava sozinho, poucas tomadas. Café da manhã fraco para ocidentais.

Pros:

Recomand. Locatia foarte buna cu conexiuni la toate mijloacele de transport in comun, personalul foarte amabil (1 singur receptioner din cei 3, era mai grestos), parcare, valetii super ok, restaurante bune in zona, ajungi foarte repede pe Istiklal.

Cons:

Nu a functionat AC-ul in camera unde stateam in a doua seara si ne-au mutat in alta camera (au avut o problema tehnica la intreg etajul).

Amazing staff, great location and we will be back again
Pros:

It is always great to get back to this hotel, well located with amazing staff. Because of flight cancellations due to the region condition our trip was delayed for one day, and hotel staff kindly shifted our booking one day without extra cost in a very short notice and upgraded our room that was an extra comfort during a stressful trip. They were responding our questions quickly through booking messaging.
I can’t count how many times we stayed in this hotel, but every time was a great experience and this is our first choice every time we travel to Istanbul.

Plush hotel in perfect location.
Pros:

The breakfast is in the basement instead of on the roof, as I've experienced in other hotels in the area -- with views of the water. So it's a bit dingy but apart from the unnecessary array of nonsense processed sweet (American?) breakfast "cereals," there are the usual Turkish favorites, like many types of olives and tea of course. The gym is quite good, though as always with hotels the hand weights are too light, max is 20kg.

Cons:

The staff are unnecessarily intrusive when it comes to guests of guests. I didn't realise it was like Saudi Arabia in Turkey. But they are otherwise helpful and friendly.

Fantastic, we were here to support Aston Villa in the Europa league final so we left happy boys!!!
