Lovely, comfortable stay. Little upgrades needed
Pros:

Very central. Very polite and accommodating staff. Very clean and very comfortable beds!

Cons:

Little dated… air conditioning could definitely use an upgrade (I stayed on the hottest day of the year!)

Pros:

The room was very big and spacious and the air con was a god send on the hottest day of the year!

Cons:

The hotel does look a bit old fashioned and run down in places and could do with a revamp.
Also think to pay that price per night, parking should be included as a guest and not extra!

A good base from which to explore chelmsford and the wider area.
Pros:

Able to get something to eat ranging from a snack to a full meal at almost any time was good. Excellent location. Plenty of onsite parking. Very helpful and understanding staff.

Pros:

Mix up in rooms sorted straight away had to leave day early refund issued moreoless traight away.

Cons:

Unfortunately in our room 33 the shower isnt workng efficiently and the toilet was so hard to flush you literally had to push the button right in which was hard and it just didnt flush sometimes.
