Staff were attentive and friendly however the room was very hot on arrival and should have been cooler, no instructions for the room thermostat but that will be amended moving forward, a portable fan was OK to move the air around, otherwise everything was great.

Staff were helpful when complained about the noise in the room.
Moved me to a room with a bright light at the top of some stairs, directly outside the window. It was like trying to sleep in the daytime.
Room was directly above the kitchen bins could hear them being filled till late the first thing in morning. And the staff out by them talking

Staff was exceptional 👌. Their smile was it for me.. I had a long delayed journey. I was welcome with smile and that helps.

Room offered was a climb in shower over a Bath. Was offered a different room which was fine. Breakfast - nice dining room! Eggs Benedict was very bland and croissants were hard.- did seem a good choice though. Expensive for a bland room with no Aircon..?

Noisy road, cold room, curtains didnt keep light out ... not a good sleep
the bed was very uncomfortable and the room was too hot . This was unhelpful as I had an exam the next morning
Location was good, ample parking and charging facilities
The room did not resemble the photos online. It was much more dated, with treadbare carpets and a dated bathroom.
