The first night our apartment was next to the gym and hot tub and there was a humming noise that kept me awake. However the lovely man on reception let me move to an empty apartment so I could get some sleep. We were moved first thing next morning

Fantastisch hotel
Pros:

De kamer was enorm, bad was lekker en bed lag prima. Balkon en de uitgebreide keuken waren een verrassing. Ontbijt was geweldig. Restaurant is goed.

Cons:

Zwembad en erom heen is niet zoals op de foto's en was alleen in de avond toegankelijk voor volwassenen.

Pros:

Great room with a fantastic view of the mountains. We had a power cut on the morning we left, which was handled very well, with staff helping customers to carry their bags downstairs.

Great first night on our 3 week honeymoon!
Pros:

A wonderful room, with all the amenities you could ask for (tumble dryer was a highlight!). Great facilities- gym, pool, jacuzzi. We had a quick bite in the restaurant and the food was good, and the staff were great! Check in was easy. This was the first night stay on our 3 week honeymoon tour of the Canadian Rockies - we were greeted with free drinks, gifts and a card in the room to congratulate us . A great way to start our adventure!
