Great location and facilities.
Pros:

Nice and clean unit with self contained kitchen. Location away from township was great, and located in lovely setting by wetlands.

As we were out sightseeing each day the above complaints did not adversely affect our visit, but we were disappointed to

Attractive building, great location, large free car park, large entrance lobby, great views from spacious, well-equipped suite .

Cons:

Asked for higher floor in quiet position but given room 202 above swimming pool and spa pool and next to ice machine and vending machine used regularly by whole hotel, and near noisy lift machinery.

Who was at fault
Pros:

Nothing was to our liking as the Booking was cancelled shortly after we made it on booking.com

Cons:

I was particularly unhappy at the sequence and timing of communications - I got a confirmation email, followed half an hour later by an email saying their was a problem with the booking when it was forwarded to the hotel and then another email confirming the cancellation and suggesting two inferior booking options. Then the following day I received an email asking me to rate the hotel.

I am travelling and don't always have email coverage so it was three hours after believing I had a Booking before I found out it was subsequently cancelled.
I phoned the hotel asking why and they informed me they were sold out for several days and the problem was at the booking.com end

Clean and practical with compromises

Pros:

Large, comfortable, clean executive suite. Quick checkin. Good breakfast included in the booking. Free parking.

The location is a bit away from town, but close to a few restaurants.

Room was nicely appointed and very spacious. Staff was friendly and professional.

I was charged an amenities fee. For what? Coffee in the room that I did not have and parking when I arrived without a vehicle?

Ampio appartamento, bel ristorante con vista parco, buona colazione. Comodo parcheggio. Purtroppo eravamo di passaggio e non abbiamo usufruito degli altri servizi.

Cons:

Aver pagato 16 dollari di servizi obbligatori che però non potevamo usufruire.

Excellent stay, we will be back.
Pros:

Room was clean, kitchen well equipped. The restaurant food was outstanding! Two breakfasts and one happy hour/dinner and we were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service.
