The room is nice. The staff were also nice. Lots of parking. Dog friendly.
The restaurant is BRUTAL. Worst restaurant ever. Four items on the menu. No room service, eating out of a takeout box. No choice for eggs, 19$ for scrambled eggs. Oj is 5$ for a small bottle that they sell in the vending machine (machine was sold out, surprise). Horrible service. Everything is precooked and tossed in a box when you order.
The flashing colourful lights on the side of the building combined with curtains that let light in are so tacky and ruin sleep.
No info in the rooms about amenities (pool, restaurant, things to do)
Staff were lovely.
We turned up and were told that the restaurant was closed for the first two days we were there, this was after the original menu we viewed and at the time of booking substantially decreased in options. The staff were kind enough to refund our breakfast and give us vouchers and suggest alternatives.
The first room we had had a Mountain View but across the car park, not sure if this was a venue or booking.com issue. The staff were kind enough to change our room (with a fee increase) and the new room looked over the pond, and children’s play area and construction. It was not the “resort” that we saw online when booking…
Good‑sized, clean, and well‑equipped 1‑bedroom unit.

The pool and hot tub were a good size and comfortably warm.
The food quality at dinner and breakfast was disappointing, and everything was overly oily and heavily fried.
The tent over the pool and hot tub didn’t look very nice.
I love the outdoor pool and hot tub. Also both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very nice.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. And it had a balcony which must be great for the warmer weather.
Nice clean kitchen with many supplies for cooking a good meal.

You could have informed me about construction before taking my money after I had booked months out. Not nice
La suite était parfaite. Grande, propre, jolie, etc. On a été bien acceillis. On a passé un bon sejour.
Honnêtement, rien à dire! Seul conseil : Faudrait bientôt changer la pomme-de-douche pour une plus moderne pour avoir une meilleure pression d’eau.
Booked the Executive Suites for one night on our way to Whistler and we were very surprised when we arrived as it was far nicer than we had expected. Very friendly staff. We had ordered two rooms for us and our family and the one we were allocated for us and our daughter was huge. We were at the back with a view of the mountain and the lake. Plus two bathrooms and the largest table we had ever had in a hotel room plus a larger balcony at the back with seating for 8. The other bedroom was smaller but perfectly formed with a kitchen area and a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had a lovely meal. They also had a small gym which we used. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.
