Family friendly, very clean, staff was great and breakfast was amazing
I was pleased with all aspects.
Gabe at the front desk was very nice. Exceptional! Location was perfect as well.
The key cards took several swipes at times however I'd stay here again.

Comfort and cleanliness of the room.
Front desk employee was obviously overwhelmed at check in. Check in time was 4 pm, at almost 5 pm our room still wasn’t ready so we left for dinner. At 6:45 pm, we realized we still never received a call saying our room was ready. Upon calling back, the employee said “he forgot to call us, but our room had been ready.”
The power went out Saturday night so we couldn’t sleep bc it was hot as hell and the room wasn’t all that clean especially the bathroom and the sheets was wrinkled we had to change them ourselves to make sure they was clean and when we pulled the sofa bed out hot Cheetos was everywhere and when we woke up the water was cold🤦🏽♀️ NO HOT WATER AT ALL…. They really should’ve gave us a refund for that night
