Front desk staff was very nice

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean blood was on pillow & sheets he gave me new stuff and I had to fix my own bed. Aside he was going to have a manager contact me and haven’t heard from anybody

Worst stay every at HI express

The cleanliness

Cons:

My room was located on the 2nd floor right above the heating and air conditioning unit, it constantly cut on and off all night long, needless to say I had the worst stay of my life I got 0 sleep. The next morning I spoke to two of the individuals at checkout and basically apologized and said "these things happen, it really isn't anything they could do a out that"

Awesome
Pros:

THe staff was amazing they always had a smile on their face and was willing to help with anything. The pool was great with the hot tub that was always warm. The kids had a ball they did not want to stay out the pool. The room was nice and big and the bed slept so good. I would recommond the stay and it was so close to the eat places we did not have to drive far.

Cons:

For me the breakfast could have been better they did not have bacon when we were there, I am not a sausage eater but that's my opinion, other than that the breakfast bar was great!
