Pros:

Always clean and in a great location

Cons:

If as a customer you don’t feel safe and notify staff of individuals that may or not be staying there hanging out in the parking lot making uncomfortable comment as they down more alcohol… what I was told by front desk is they have the right to be here! It doesn’t make you feel very comfortable for what your paying

We had a very nice time and appreciated the service we received.
Pros:

The room was nice, bathroom very clean. Breakfast was awesome with so many things offered.
The night desk person, Gabe was great and made our stay very nice. He recommended restaurants, things to do, etc.

Cons:

The beds were to high for my husband and I. We are short people.

The surrounding area felt safe. There was a great area outside where I could take my pet. The room was very comfortable. The person who checked me in and out was very polite,

I would come again.
Pros:

Airbnb did us a favor by canceling as this hotel made the trip!
Pros:

We stayed for 10 days due to our Airbnb canceled us at the last minute. We had a great stay here! The comfort of the room, location, staff was all friendly and very helpful! My husband wants to stay here next year when we come back!

Cons:

Wouldn't change a thing.

Pros:

Booked this hotel as a pet friendly hotel. I was informed at check in they were no longer pet friendly. I asked for a refund but was told I would be charged a 100 dollar cancellation fee. I submitted a request through booking to waive the fee. Booking told me the property management denied my request. After a lengthy debate with the management, I was refunded the cancelation fee. We ended up staying at another hotel.

Cons:

Holiday Inn express continues to show under pet friendly hotel searches, but I was told "no holiday inn expresses are pet friendly".

Front desk staff was very nice

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean blood was on pillow & sheets he gave me new stuff and I had to fix my own bed. Aside he was going to have a manager contact me and haven’t heard from anybody
