Great Hotel
Pros:

I travel frequently and the Holiday Inn Express in Portland is my home away from home. Breakfast is outstanding and my room is always spotless.

Pros:

The staff is very nice and efficient and it’s been very clean the 3 times we’ve stayed.

Cons:

There were teenagers making alot of noise the night we were there. Not the hotels fault.

Recommend this location. Our visit was a memorable experience, we will be back!
Pros:

Staff were attentive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area clean, plenty of towels. Enjoyed that the pool area was warm. Minimal spring decorations were out which added beauty without being overdone, tasteful. Breakfast was fresh, hot, plentiful, clean and tidy. Attendant was available. Plenty of seats.

Room was amazing! Staff is amazing and always so welcoming! Lady who works in morning for breakfast kitchen staff is amazing!!!

Pros:

Staff was amazing and fixed all issues with no hesitation. Even found us a new room promptly and offered to reduce rate for hassle.

Cons:

Bed sheets had not been changed from previous person. Clearly they were dirty and slept in.
