Pros:

Location and the breakfast was really good. Front desk staff very helpful.

Cons:

Not very good housekeeping. Came back to the room on the second evening
Dirty towels still on the floor no clean ones
Never swept the floor bathroom or bedroom.

Great Hotel
Pros:

I travel frequently and the Holiday Inn Express in Portland is my home away from home. Breakfast is outstanding and my room is always spotless.
