Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town.

Péssima escolha, decepção, esperava mais.

Cons:

O Hotel tem boas instalações, mas o atendimento é péssimo. Primeiro apesar de “ter” ar condicionado, o mesmo não está disponível! Segundo alegou a funcionária da recepção, o hotel não pode ligar o sistema de ar condicionado por proibição do legal!
Mesmo a temperatura interna do hotel atingindo mais de 26° (temos fotos)! Nos orientaram a deixar a porta da varanda aberta, e assim dormir e acordar com o aroma da fumaça cigarro dos outros hóspedes (já que é permitido fumar nas varandas) e também na companhia de insetos (já que ao lado do hotel há um pequeno riacho).
Para evitar isso, dormimos ao “delicioso” som de um ventilador (que solicitamos) zunindo em nossos ouvidos por 4 insones noites!
A piscina, mesmo a interna, não é aquecida, apenas climatizada- em torno de uns 20/22° no máximo, portanto BEM fria, e o acesso a academia só é permitido após preenchimento de formulário. A sauna, vc só terá acesso se “pagar” pelo uso do SPA!!!
Ou seja, para usufruir de quase tudo no hotel há cobrança de valores extras. Até para termos duas chaves de acesso ao nosso quarto foi cobrado “depósito” de $10.
Para coroar “experiência”
para poder tomar o café da manhã é necessário “atravessar a rua” e ir a outra propriedade. Ou então acessar através de um túnel (após subir e descer escadas). Além de ser necessário apresentar um “cartão” todos os dias com a identificação do numero do quarto para ter acesso ao café da manhã.
Fora a falta de informações-não nos avisam na recepção sobre o card de descontos que tínhamos direito por estarmos hospedados (mais de 3 dias).
Sem falar na total falta de “hospitalidade” -nem mesmo uma garrafa de agua existia no quarto, e até papel higiênico não repuseram no penúltimo dia!
Ou seja, uma TEMEBROSA “experiência”
