We couldn't stay because the floor we stayed on had ants

Everything was great
They are polite at the front desk, but not very warm. The location is good and relatively clean.
The worst part was their restaurant's breakfast, which was of very poor quality and incomplete compared to their menu. We wanted a waffle, but they offered a pancake instead. It took a long time to serve, and when it arrived, it was very raw and unappetizing, so we didn't eat it. Overall, the quality was very bad, and the service was disappointing — not what we expected from them.
