Cons:

When we got here we found out that the pool and hot tub was all closed- I asked for a room with jacuzzi tub and didn’t get it! The restaurant was out of almost everything! Not good

Good and easy access to Appalachian mountains scenic hikes.
Pros:

Large and spacious rooms. Very clean.

Cons:

House keeping was a bit off. Toiletries have not been refilled or checked whether they were over. But they refilled all the next day.

Pros:

Lots of coffee. Houlihans. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Supposed to have Mountain View. Really a view of parking lot and roof with mountains in the distance. Very disapppinting.
