Good value and lovely room and breakfast; be mindful of noise
Pros:

Room lovely. Bathroom excellent and shower
And water pressure excellent. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was a good range of ordered options; huge portions and very delicious.

Cons:

Air con was very loud.
Road noise was noticeable throughout the night.

Pros:

Very modern and a great location. Great parking and friendly staff. Rooms always smelled fresh.

Cons:

Although the rooms were touched up daily, we did find majority of our clean towels with other people hairs. I understand this is unavoidable in some situations but the fresh towels which were replaced each day did have bunches of other people’s hairs. The only let down really.

Es lindo, cómodo, limpio está bien en relación al precio buen hotel, habitación amplia camada cómoda, pagamos por el desayuno y súper rico

Cons:

Tener en cuenta que cerca no hay opciones de comer más que un Mac’ Donalds y está a 18 minutos del Downtown sin embargo por el precio vale la pena eso si está a 12 minutos del forth wort viejo que llaman es decir la misma distancia que si te haces en el centro

Clean hotel, but call ahead.
Pros:

The rooms are great for families and of they offer an indoor heated pool and hot tub.

Cons:

We specifically booked this hotel because of a prior outstanding stay which included a heated pool, hot hottub and a door to the trundle bedroom room. I called 5 minutes prior to booking and asked if the pool and hottub were working and if they were heated and they said yes. After checking in and settling in we headed to the pool room. The hot tub was not an expected 100ish but around 86 and the staff said they could not do anything about it, maintenance was gone, and they didn't have their number but offered us breakfast vouchers. Also after check-in we discovered the room we booked does not have a door to the trundle bedroom and not all of the rooms do but there is no way of knowing that when booking online unless you contact the property and ask. We have a heavy snorer in our family and the door was a big plus last time we stayed here.

Café da manhã a lá carte e as Funcionarias que serviram eram muito educadas e solicitas!

Cons:

Quarto pequeno. Funcionários mau humorados da recepção. Não limparam nosso quarto por 1 dia sem motivo e nem trocaram as roupas de cama. Ficamos hospedado 5 dias!!!

Not a good experience.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

One of two elevators was not working, the one that was "working" would stop "working" on third floor. You’d have to take stairs the rest of the flights.
Hot tub was warm enough, but the jets were not working. Bathroom in pool / hot tub area was filthy.
Beds were NOT comfortable.
Definitely NOT worth the price!

Pros:

Everything was great, facility was clean and beautiful. One of the hotel managers, I believe named Stephanie was exceptional. Will gladly stay here again when traveling to the area.

Pros:

Breakfast was good although I didn't realize it wasn't a breakfast buffet which we wanted. Room was nice and clean.

Cons:

They sheets and towels were rough, not soft. Would have preferred a breakfast buffet. They charged my debit card that they made me give them for unknown incidentials, which tjere was none, for the room even though I prepaid for the room through booking.com and they still have not resolved the issue.
