Pros:

The warm cookies on arrival were a really lovely touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the breakfast was good. Really close to the Stock yards. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel y habitaciones muy nuevas y limpias. La habitación era enorme. En general buena experiencia.

Cons:

Aunque el hotel está bien, está bastante lejos de Stockyard y Fort Worth. Es un poco caro teniendo en cuenta la ubicación y que no incluye desayuno, cosa que muchos otros hoteles ofrecen. Llegamos una hora antes del check in a dejar las maletas y el personal no fue muy amable. Es cierto que a la hora de hacer el check in a la noche, la experiencia fue totalmente distinta, ya que el personal fue muy agradable.

We are not coming back
Pros:

The staff at the reception was very pleasant and polite! We had an issue and it got fixed right away.

Cons:

Well, the property seems to be well under-managed. We have been moved to a different same category room due to problems in the first one (a/c not working properly, problems with lighting, etc.). And appears same category doesn’t mean same furniture, even doors were missing to the room with sofa bed. And in the second room telephone not working. We were also unlucky with laundry room - out of order for the length of our stay. No ventilation - so you don’t get any fresh air even in bathroom. Smelly a/c. So quite a bit of things should be taken care of there…

My stay was very enjoyable!
Pros:

Loved the room, and the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Room was clean, with a beautiful view, we got to see the horses in the morning from our room. I enjoyed the gym and its' cleanliness.

Cons:

Unfortunately breakfast wasn't included, I wish it was for the price we paid. Price seemed a bit high for the area and for what was offered.

A pleasant stay in FTW TX
Pros:

Hotel ottimo e personale cortese e professionale. Ottima la prima colazione. Servizi e spazi comuni molto curati. Stanza spaziosa e pulita.

Excellent hotel with friendly, professional staff. Excellent breakfast. Very well-maintained amenities and common areas. Spacious, clean room.

Where simplicity meets relaxation.
Pros:

The property was neat, clean, quiet, simple and serene. The location wasn’t super close to downtown but close enough to the city to not feel like it was in the middle of nowhere.

Cons:

The pool was an interesting shape so it made swimming with other families inside a little challenging but not impossible.
