Pros:

'The staff and management were exceptional'. During our stay my mother had a dizzy episode and was unwell, the staff couldn't have done more to help! We came up from England to a family funeral and the hotel allowed us to borrow their wheelchair to use during our stay. Many thanks to everyone!!

Disgusted
Pros:

Nothing refused access still waiting on payment being returned (£67)

Cons:

The gentleman who refused to accept me and my son after being asked to leave our home when we paid for a night in this hotel. After begging and pleading and apologising and paying I was still showing the door at 12pm and a 13 year old child and suitcase

Clean, modern, convenient.
Pros:

It was clean, modern, well priced and conveniently located. Plenty of parking in the adjacent retail park. Parking was included in the price, which was a nice touch. Breakfast also included in the price. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike.
