Pros:

Very kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

no air-conditioned room and it was very hot night, couldn't leave opened window because of traffic noise outside, no fridge so need to ask staff for ice bucket, TV without Netflix/Price etc option, very basic room, sofa bed for kids quiet uncomfortable.
