everything was ok
The premises was modern, clean and the room was spotless and spacious. The bed was so comfortable I slept really well and was ready for a good breakfast in the morning which was lovely and had a great variety of food. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Dinner was very tasty but a small portion for the price. Also, there was adjoining doors between mine and the next room, a bit disconcerting.

Great stay, good location, friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were clean with extra large bed with really comfortable mattress, bathroom was great too. Good facilities in room including hair dryer, iron and ironing board , tea coffee etc and even hand wash, shower gel and shampoo in dispensers . Complimentary breakfast was great ,selection of cooked breakfast , fresh pastries, cereal and yoghurts
Parking is in retail car park next to hotel, and you put your reg no into screen in hotel lobby so is free but you then have to carry all your luggage up quite a lot of steps to get into hotel. On the plus side though you have access to a lot of shops literally on the door step , Nando’s , Boots, Next and many more

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
My room was next to a busy and very noisy road. The room could have and should have been much cleaner.
I paid £71 and it was definitely not worth that money. It's great that breakfast was included but for someone who doesn't eat meat and can't eat many options due to health reasons it's not worth it.

Felt when I asked for extra pillows it was like asking for something you was not allowed....your only allowed 1 pillow.

But done me for one night
The attitude when asked for extra pillows in room also had to ask for more towels as there was not enough.

Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. Because this was our first time in Hamilton their knowledge was really helpful
Directions/postcode given for the car park was incorrect, but resolved once we arrived.
