We had to book on line there was no in person booking system. My phone was going flat so if it had gone completely flat or we had lost signal we couldn’t have stayed there.

The hotel would benefit from air conditioning in the rooms. Although a fan had been provided it was very noisy and only succeeded in moving the extremely warm air round the room.

Great location just off the M74. Staff very goid. Really nice room and because it was a Sunday night very reasonably priced.
We arrived after a 110mile bike ride, drenched and exhausted and the staff allowed us to check in quickly and take our bikes straight to our room.
We used this as a place inbetween other stops, we took the kids to m&d's theme park and this was close by and free breakfast, parking was easy and supermarket below for dinner options
No air con and it was warm, noisy outside so couldn't have window open, no fridge in room which I was expecting, none of us slept great sadly
