The doors in the hotel were being replaced on our floor, loud noise started at 0815am, we suffered it until 0925 when we complained. The receptionist stated they would locate the manager and ask the work to stop, however it did not and even became closer to our room 414. Very disappointing

It was just excellent, the best Hotel experience I have had in a long time.
Pros:

Just about everything at the Hotel was excellent and especially the staff who were so very kind and courteous. They could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

I really appreciated the shower facilities in the bathroom. There was no bath to try and climb into and that was superb for me. I just had to step into it and close the door.

Cons:

The only issue I had was the height of the soap dispenser in the bathroom. It was far too high which made it challenging to use. Everything else was wonderful!

Pros:

The staff were amazing. I cannot fault anything about them. Let's just say this, other hotels need to look at what's going on with these staff members and adopt this with their own places, as far as customer service goes.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay.....but consider service when customers ask for a poached egg. To be told that the hotel 'does not do that' when other similar chains have no issue with you ordering with the 'buffet' breakfast. This is my only complaint
