Pros:

Bellissimo albergo in posizione centrale, perfetto per visitare la città e muoversi comodamente a piedi. Gli spazi sono ampi e curati, e l’atmosfera è davvero piacevole. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Le camere sono silenziose, pulite e molto confortevoli. Buona anche la colazione, con una scelta varia e di qualità. Sicuramente un hotel in cui tornare!

Mancanza di asciugamani a disposizione degli utenti della spa (secondo me indispensabili soprattutto per poter usufruire "correttamente" della Sauna)

Solo l'accoglienza e la bellezza della camera

Cons:

Dopo essere arrivati alle 13 ci siamo accorti alle 23:00 che il letto singolo era senza lenzuola e senza cuscino, abbiamo dovuto chiederlo e ci siamo dovuti fare il letto da soli.
Al momento della prenotazione non era specificato che l'ingresso alla spa non era compreso nel prezzo e che non è consentito l'accesso per bambini di 6 anni. In altre strutture hanno accettato la bimba quando era anche più piccola. A mio avviso il costo pagato non è commisurato al servizio usufruito. La colazione offerta nulla di chè, paragonabile a quanto offerto da un tre stelle.
Se dovessi ritornare non ci tornerei, il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è equilibrato. Per lo stesso servizio ci si può rivolgere tranquillamente ad un tre stelle.
