One of the best days I had in Mumbai at an affordable cost. Love the place love the ambience love the people there love
Pros:

The property is absolutely amazing. I really love the stuff which is other reception and the one so special taken a lot of effort supporting guest in the Night Shift which is not an easy task. Hospitality industry is very difficult when employees work for roughly around 12 to 14 hours a day. But the way they took care of me was absolutely stunning I would really want to come back to this place once again to stay I really appreciate the entire management and the staff for helping me with everything that I needed it write from the doorman to the reception to the one who was delivering food to me the night. The room are absolutely stunning and clean very well aligned for customer's choice there is nothing that we could complain about this property.

Cons:

There is nothing you can complain about this property and you would not like everything is absolutely sparkling clean and amazing

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel, and I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their exceptional service and genuine care.

During my stay, I unfortunately had an accident and suffered a hot water burn. It was a very stressful and unexpected situation, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me. They recommended a hospital, arranged transportation to take me there, and even helped purchase the necessary medication from a pharmacy for me. They took care of everything with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. I truly felt that I was not alone during a difficult situation.

What impressed me the most was not only the level of service, but also how attentive and caring the staff were throughout the entire experience. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional, and I am genuinely grateful for everything they did for me. This kind of service goes far beyond what I would normally expect from a hotel, and it made a very difficult situation much easier for me.

The room was also very clean and comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail. Everything was well maintained, and I could really see the effort they put into keeping the room clean and pleasant.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with my stay. The cleanliness, comfort, and facilities were all very good, but what truly stood out to me was the kindness, professionalism, and exceptional care from the staff. Their support during my accident meant a lot to me, and it is something I will genuinely remember.

Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of me. I truly appreciate your hospitality and would be very happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The breakfast was good overall. One small suggestion would be to have more American-style breakfast options, as I think this would be a nice addition for international guests.
