Excellent stay and it was like a second home.

I like the service especially the team was smiling and very professional

Cons:

The hotel is under renovation on the exterior part, but it didn't impact the interior of the hotel.
All staffs without exception were very helpful and polite.

Super enjoyable hotel with always supportive staff
Pros:

Very friendly and supportive staff, clean and comfortable rooms with cozy rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is enjoyable with plenty of choices

Cons:

The hotel is scented which is bothering after a few days, but this is a real luxury issue

People Make the Experience
Pros:

The Radisson Mumbai Goregaon has one of the best team of staff who always make the stay very enjoyable and welcoming! They are such genuine and friendly people.

Would like to give a huge shoutout to Aditya for always helping us with anything we needed. The duty manager Diraz helped me with a doctor when I was unwell. And the rest of the staff checked in on me as well.

Overall, the people are the best part about this stay! 😃

Exceptional team makes it feel like home
Pros:

I stayed for nearly 2 weeks and had a lovely stay on the business floor of the hotel. The highlight of this hotel is the wonderful staff, from the people that get you with a smile at the front doors, to the meal servers, to housekeeping, to spa and IT and service. I felt very at home here in Mumbai where hospitality is unmatched.

Alem, Lydia, ubaid, Ashfaque, Rahul, Añil& Shreyas, Atilu were truly amazing and were courteous to help me throughout my stay. Too many wonderful people to mention!

Ramviyanak, was our host here and at the venue and he truly went above and beyond.

Stay away from home.

NKP business trip - Great hostel
Pros:

Great hostel located near the NKP campus (about 15 minutes by taxi or tuk‑tuk).
The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with a coffee machine — very comfortable overall.
The staff is extremely helpful and always ready to assist, including with taxi bookings.
Breakfast offers plenty of choice, both sweet and savory, and dinner is just as varied.
The value for money is excellent.

Bad experience
Pros:

I stayed there for 5 days, and it wasn't worth it at all. On arrival, we weren't provided with any amenities in the room. The hotel realized this only on the 3rd day and sent them over. The food is good, and breakfast was nice, but the service is subpar. Tables lack a proper setup; you have to ask for a spoon and fork. I ordered a fruit platter, and it came with hair. On the second day, the fruit had a garlic smell, probably because the knife wasn't cleaned properly. If you've prepaid for your room, it's surprising that you won't be served food without paying extra. I requested baggage assistance, but nobody came. Similarly, my request for locker assistance was ignored. I was entitled to a food discount, which wasn't given. I asked for a medicine at 22:30, and they straight away denied, saying they're not authorized to get it from outside. Later, I spoke to the duty manager, and they gave me a time of 1 hour for simple Crocin for my kid. I got it in 5 minutes by going out.

A pleasant solid Radisson hotel
Pros:

When you have to be in the Goregaon area than this Radisson is an excellent choice. Staff are all very helpful, in every section.

Alem, as duty manager at reception assisted me very well during my stay when I had an issue.

Stayed on 7th floor, business rooms, which were just very fine with good beds.

Rooftop pool is a little bit on the small side, and gym could do with a re-vamp, but other than that no complaints!
