I picked this hotel because of the location (great if you want to get anywhere in the western suburbs of Mumbai), and because I have had a good experience with Radisson in various locations across the world.
To my surprise, my expectations were exceeded throughout my stay! This is all down to the wonderful staff, who fully understand that hospitality is a people business, and go above and beyond. Whether it was Ashfaque and Anil who welcomed us at reception, or Arjun and Shreyas at the breakfast, we were made to feel at home. You can get quality accommodation at a lot of places, but the warmth and good humour from the people at this hotel was genuine and very much appreciated.

Over all the stay was good and met my expectation , the location is strategically so good and very near to exhibition centre

Had a really lovely stay at Radisson Mumbai Goregaon. The staff were incredibly kind, I dont remember all their names, one name i do remember is Alem, she was really nice. The staff arranged an early check-in when we were exhausted from jet lag, they also helped with housekeeping later in the evening. The hotel had all the amenities we needed.

Food and staffs

I wanted to share my amazing experience with Radisson, Goregaon. The staff were simply awesome!! They were extremely kind to my family - especially my little son who is super naughty. I cannot emphasize enough how lovely the staff were. Alem, Lydia, Zaid, Rajesh, Kaushik, Tanvi, Amelia, Fayzan & everyone!

- Dining: one of the best selections for breakfast I have seen in India. There is something for everyone - regardless of where you are from, in India or overseas. The staff took genuine pride in the work they did - the chef clicking photos of all the delicious food he prepared, the staff going out of their way to prepare a very sweet and thoughtful "See You Soon" dessert for us at breakfast before we checked out. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were always smiling, no matter how much my kids tested their patience (and tested our patience too!!). Even the ambient music was excellent. They've got it all down to the T. Truly perfect.

- For lunch and dinner they have two excellent restaurants - Goma and Musafeer - that had an excellent selection of delicious food, generous portions and reasonably priced. The service at Goma was slightly slow but it was probably because of the Sunday evening level of busy-ness.

- Rooms: Large rooms that were immaculately clean and a great layout. The room service was fantastic too and Kaushik was really lovely to talk to. I think the quality of staff is what sets Radisson apart. The internet connection was super strong, super stable. I had a couple of work-related VC's and they went ahead without any glitches.

- Gym: A simple, basic gym. Had everything I needed so cannot complain.

- Pool: The pool was located on the terrace. We were fortunate to have good weather and the Mrs. and kids made the most of the pool in the early evenings.

- Location: The hotel is strategically located for what we needed - close to the malls, easy for Uber drivers/ riders to get to from either of the two entrances depending from which side they were arriving. When we went out, it was easy to find Uber riders/ drivers to get us back to the hotel. So it was not like it was a challenge to find rides back to the hotel from anywhere we went.

- Staff: I must end the review the same way I started it: Alem, Lydia, Zaid, Rajesh, Kaushik, Tanvi, Amelia, Fayzan & everyone - you are superstars and thank you for the respect and warmth you offered me and my family.

We will certainly be staying there again.

P.S. the staff at Radisson Goregaon are not only wonderful people, they are extremely good looking with amazing personalities! Huge respect to the interview process at Radisson - clearly they only recruit the best and only the best want to work with Radisson.

Excellent experience with Radisson

We recently booked a conference room at Radisson through our membership, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The arrangements were well managed, the staff was professional, and everything was organised as expected.

A special mention to Deepak, our server, who was extremely cooperative, attentive and helpful throughout. He was always available to assist and made sure everything ran smoothly for us.

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Great service, well-maintained facilities and a helpful team. Would definitely recommend Radisson for business meetings and events.
