The staff were lovely and very helpful. Bed was comfy and the view of the sea was a lovely extra.
The noise from the room above was very loud from 6.45 on Sunday morning. Creaky floorboards and lack of soundproofing was the reason but we appreciate it’s an old building.
Great location, right next to the beach and walking distance to the train station. The restaurant at the bottom on the hotel is a bonus if you don't want to go far for a dinner.

Felt comfortable
Sea view and really handy for the Brighton Centre. Easy walk from station
The room wasn’t ready at check-in time
Everything
Old and dated
I thought the location of the hotel was perfect
There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel
Close to the front and Brighton centre, good breakfast.
Shower low water pressure but did the job.
It was clean, great location.
Carpets are bit outdated and bit of a smell
Very friendly helpful staff, great location, breakfast better than expected with hot and cold buffet. Good size room. Would stay again. Great value for a central location with sea view.
Old fashioned inside needs updating but also has alot of charm. Blind broken in room so hard to let more light in
Wonderful location, comfortable spacious room. Staff are lovely.
The beds and massive windows
Grumpy male receptionist
