Pros:

Friendly staff, easy to get too,
Great views of the beach,

Cons:

Hotel rooms need updating, needs to.be more mordan, lobby area seems to be more updated then the rooms,
Hotel stairs and our room seem to be tilting to one side, like its leaning felt like by the morning we be on the other side of the room,
Breakfast needs to be more options, daughter skip breakfast as their wasnt much their and nothing she liked, family rooms need to be more on the first or second floor, and not on the 4th floor, I cant imanage a family with younger children going up 4 flights of stairs especially with some parts of the stairs are not straight, although theirs a lifts but only 2 person capacity, and if broke then they would of have to do ther stairs as the lift is a very old lift,

Pros:

The location is great. Breakfast was nice. Rooms comfortable and a decent size

Cons:

Breakfast did not have a lot of variation. Could have had plain yoghurt, for example. The electrics are questionable (sockets hanging off the wall). The shower sprayed water onto the wall behind it , which ended up all over the floor

Pros:

Location, staff attitude, simplicity of the room for 2-star hotel

Cons:

Price is quite too much for what it offers. Also, I stayed only for 2 nights, can't imagine staying for a week or more in such a place. Breakfast had too basic options, overall it's alright, but it lacked any kind of vegetables. Just a couple of fruits, yogurts, cereals and English breakfast variation. Don't forget to eat your veggies! :)

Lovely little weekend break in Brighton
Pros:

Excellent location for walking to the town and railway station
Breakfast choices were excellent shame no gluten free bread for toast
Lovely to have complimentary shampoo & shower gel
Great seafood restaurant attached to the hotel

Cons:

Sound proofing pretty non existent from above. We were in room 12 I don't know what was doing on above us but sounded like they never stopped walking around! Appreciate age of the building just an observation

Hotel con encanto y he vuelto otra vez
Pros:

Cons:

Todo OK

Good location. Super Friendly staff.
Pros:

The breakfast on offer was ok apart from the gluten free bit. The staff, very friendly. They actually went out of their way to get her the kind of tea she could drink.

Cons:

My wife needed something that is gluten free. The breakfast did not have a lot of options in that area making it difficult for us. The location is excellent.

Great hotel and comfortable bed for the night.
Pros:

The location was perfect and we could see the sea from our room. There was 3 of us and plenty of room and we only stayed the night. The buffet breakfast was very good, with cereals, yogurt, fruit, bacon, sausage and egg. Toast also.

Cons:

Wasn't keen on Brighton itself. There was lots of building work going on and graffiti around. I've been years ago and loved it, it seemed a bit down at heel now sadly. The hotel however, was neat and tidy inside and outside.
