Tasty breakfast and good location.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty!!!
The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
Pretty clean.

Cons:

As it is an old building you can hear the guests walking around in the room above.
There was some dust on the light fitting and they do need a bath mat to stop you slipping on the floor.

Welcoming, warm and comfortable, all with a seaview.
Pros:

The hotel was on the seafront in central Brighton which was perfectly located for a short walk along the seafront to the pier and east Brighton, as well as a short walk into Hove also.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. They always said hello and made us feel like VIPs. "Room 15"!

A fantastic breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, toast, sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, beans, fruit and COFFEE!

We were allowed to store our bags at the hotel after check out before catching our train.

Cons:

I honestly can't think of anything of any merit to write in this section.
