Abbiamo chiesto di pulire la camera ma in realtà in bagno hanno lasciato il tappeto a terra, c’erano i capelli per terra, non credo siano stati molto attenti. In camera mancavano appena arrivate le asciugamani e la carta igienica…si sente molto da una camera all altra e in reception spesso manca il personale

Pros:

Posizione molto comoda sia per il bus che arriva dall’aeroporto che per andare in centro a piedi. Camera grande e pulita. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato con pagamento in struttura. Non ho capito come mai se paghi in contanti la cifra è quella che vedevo su Booking mentre con la carta c’è un extra costo del 5%. Non mi sembra corretto. Andrebbe sempre specificato!

zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption

Cons:

Kein Hotel, sondern eine Etage in einem größeren Haus und Dependancen an anderen Orten. Erst nach Buchung erfährt man, dass man in einer nahen Dependance untergebracht ist.
Fotos der Zimmer sind sehr schmeichelhaft. Realität ist um einiges trostloser

Vani and Jassim. From the moment I met them I don’t think i have met kinder people like them before. They really alleviate my whole experience in the city of Budapest.
The property was clean and in a prime spot. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and settled in. Whenever I go to Budapest again will definitely stay nowhere else but here.
10/10 service, room and location.

La ubicación que es en el barrio judio, cerca de la estación de tren, del bus al aeropuerto

Que el departamento esta a 500 metros de la oficina de recepción, y era complicado comunicarse ((tuvimos inconvenientes para dejar la maleta luego checkout)
