The picture is shown on the website is not exactly what you get. The pictures of misguiding. The rooms are smelly. The carpets are dirty. Everything is broken. The mattress is of poor quality.
You’ll find dirt everywhere and the smell is so bad it gets claustrophobic. Please don’t be miscarried by the pictures.

Bedroom was really filthy and smelly, bathroom and toilet was disgusting couldn't use it, Management were rude also most importantly you have to pay £50 deposit without even mentioning anywhere including in the booking. When challenged, the owner did not want to understand or listen, its like he done me a favour by giving the key in advance and asks me to go and get fifty pound in cash, when in the website they mentioned they don't accept cash in the hotel poor management.

Bathroon/Toilet is shared. Filthy bathroom/Toilet. No housekeeping.Terrible. Outdated and broken furniture.Only positive is they allowed me to checkin after 8.00pm. Friendly reception. Breakkfast is £10 person ordred by Hotel from outside. No inhouse dining area

The drainer water in shower box was clogged, so the water is coming out all to the bathroom floor, flooding around it. The room has no even a clothes handler for. I could say more but I’ll stop here.

Don't waste your time booking this hotel. They send you to another hotel 20mins drive away

We were very disappointed to discover on check-in that the bathroom was shared — something that was not clearly stated in the listing. I was travelling with my wife, and sharing a bathroom with strangers was not acceptable to us. As a result, we had no choice but to leave immediately.

We requested a refund due to the misleading information, but this was refused.

If you're a couple looking for privacy and comfort, do yourself a favour and avoid this place — it is not suitable for couples, and the listing does not reflect the reality.

The lady in reception say me to give money even I already paid first she say pay me 50 pounds then 20£ they don’t mentioned this before and then she give me the keys where and try to open room but the room key not work and then she give me another room key to check but

The room was dirty and the shets staind and they had bed bugs and whe were cover on bits .They shoud redrow from the market

Get what you pay for. Toilets were all blocked and unusable. Sock trails up the stairs

Smelly Rooms, customer service bad as hell.
Staff is Very Rude.. no curtain on windows.
Hard to get deposit back. Shower toilets are dirty.. terrible experience.. never recommend

Im normal working class female - Bed bases disgusting- brought someone to stay - their room was dirty also was completely embarrassed- wanted to leave minute I got there … manager went awol and would not refund money … trying to get money back thought Expedia

The place is quiet, but some guest next to my room smoke drug and disturb my peace. All around is poor.
I have lost my glass I think has dropped down in near the refrigerator and I couldn't see it, I have call the reception staff and didn't get any support.

Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly, wish there was soap in the bathrooms though
