Staff and food was Amazing . Very clean and warm hotel…The breakfast was amazing!
I think the coffee that was in cafetière was instant coffee…☹️☹️☹️
Also the wardrobe was far to big for the room, completely out of place.…
The TV wasn’t a smart TV..
Location perfect overlooking harbour
Fabulous breakfast
Friendly staff
Nothing
Location
The room was old, very uncomfortable beds cheap mattress. the toilet wouldnt flush at 4am in the morning so i was filling the cistern with buckets of water as there was no water in there. the breakfast was very average, minimal choice. very expensive hotel to stay at.
Excellent breakfast and evening meal Very helpful and friendly staff and a wonderful welcome
The location is perfectly positioned in West Looe.
My friend and I shared a double room for two nights and it was small but warm and comfortable. The shower was very good.
Mothering Day Sunday lunch was excellent and perfectly cooked however, a small flower on the tables would have made the experience much nicer for all of the mums. A few people commented on this.
Lack of a comfortable lounge for reading a newspaper or book. The area provided is cold and clinical.
No atmosphere in the evening and only one member of staff around. Had a job to find him when needed.
Location
Top floor sea facing rooms you need to be taller than 5ft to see through them ,
Excellent staff
Breakfast could have been better
Lovely location with lovely views
Nothing ! Had an issue with the first lift but that was user error!
Fabulous location, very friendly staff, lovely room and we were upgraded so we had a balcony which was really appreciated.
We also had the Sunday carvery which was delicious and breakfast was great.
Couldn't fault anything. 🙂
The staff was incredibly helpful and even saved me money by lending me a charging cable for my phone, she also pointed out where the lift was for my disabilitys. The bar staff reserved my table for dinner and the food was out of this world.
I would have liked a lamp next to the bed not directly over my head and I could hear the neighbours TV aswell as some kind of event which to be fair I didn't mind. Maybe I recommend sound proofing the walls a little.
Breakfast was good I would have liked a little bigger room and a better view of the harbour, but it was a pleasant stay.
Bathroom was a bit small
