Breakfast was so delicious. Staff was brilliant and friendly
Good food. Friendly staff. Very clean. Ideal location.
Room was not good. No air con. Little window with a view to a wall a big noisy generator fan and large pipework. The shower was tiny. Small glass shelf in the bathroom. Quite depressing.
Hotel location great. Staff friendly and helpful
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable
Good location, friendly staff and varied, tasty breakfast.Despite the drawbacks, we slept well and food was good
Parking a bit of an issue and our bedroom was not the best. Tired, and bathroom needs updating . A bit hot in the roof space and noisy with window open.....slept well though!
Clean, bright and airy. Helpful, cheerful staff. Good, tasty food.Spacious room with wonderful views.
All good.
Very central with excellent views of the estuary.
Everything was just perfect.
Unable to rate properly as we arrived at 4pm and had to leave at 8am the next morning due to a family crisis
Whatever faults there might be (hotel room floors are dated) the experience was by far outweighedby loverly staff and absoulutely wonderful food. Had two full meals plus breakfast and everything was sublime.
With this being an old hotel, albeit apparently with a renewed front and restaurant area, rooms lack ventilation. Our room (203) had a window to an enclosure at the back of the hotels which was beset by crying seagulls and cooing pigeons at daybreak. To get some proper sleep we were forced to close the window.
Nice location. Good breakfast. Bathroom ok.
Charmless, institutional alike tour group hotel. Rooms very small. Bad mattresses. Highly overpriced! 2-Star standard at 4-Star price. Not recommended!
Location was perfect, lovely bar and restaurant with terrace and views of the harbour.
No parking and a busy road, difficult to drop off
Breakfast superb great choice
All good,staff, room and facilities
