The room itself was quite decent, but unfortunately there were several major issues that seriously affected my stay.

First of all, my room window was directly above the hotel staff smoking area. Literally right under my window. Because of that, cigarette smoke and loud conversations were constantly coming into the room throughout the entire day. Since there was no air conditioning in the room, keeping the windows closed was not really an option. I also did not feel this was very safe, because with the windows open it felt like anyone could potentially climb into the room from outside.

The room itself was okay, but this location completely ruined the experience for me.

The second issue was breakfast. The breakfast itself was fine, but the woman working there was extremely rude. Around 30 minutes before breakfast ended, she already started pushing people out. If someone came 20 minutes before the official ending time, she would literally raise her voice at guests and scold them for coming “too late”. I witnessed these situations multiple times during my stay, not just once. Her behavior towards guests was consistently aggressive and unpleasant, even though breakfast hours are clearly stated and people should be allowed to come within that time frame.

She also reacted very strangely if, for example, you had already finished breakfast and later came back just to take some water.

Overall, the staff member responsible for breakfast created a very uncomfortable atmosphere, which significantly affected the overall impression of the hotel.

Come una disgrazia annunciata la bella notizia arriva all'una di notte! 10 minuti prima di arrivare in hotel! Un messaggio ci annuncia che la nostra stanza è impraticabile! Manca la corrente! Già la cosa puzza di strano! Ci faranno pernottare in un 'altra struttura! Ed è qui che inizia l'odissea! Un portone mal messo non ci prospetta nulla di buono! La stanza è un basso sotto il livello stradale e il tutto è aggravato da un cattivo odore da non lasciarci dormire! Il giorno successivo dopo le varie lamentele ci dicono che ci daranno una nuova stanza e che faremo il check-in il pomeriggio alle 15,00! Ma se siamo arrivate già ieri! E dopo varie minaccie ci danno finalmente la stanza! Il tutto sembra premeditato! Forse solo perché siamo straniere? Abbiamo scoperto da altre recensioni che la cosa si ripete da tempo! Grande delusione da parte nostra e mettere in guardia altri poveri turisti ci sembra un dovere! Logicamente sconsigliamo vivamente di prenotare presso questa ambigua struttura! Ultima cosa che aggiungiamo e che Palermo bellissima città non merita di essere screditata da operatori turistici senza scrupoli!

Pulizia della stanza non ottimale alle aspettative, box doccia non funzionante in quanto l'acqua usciva a fiumi nonostante la porta del box doccia fosse chiuso (come si vede dalla foto). La mattina le signore delle pulizie hanno iniziato a parlare a voce molta alta svegliando tutti, nemmeno fossimo stati in un dormitorio dove c'era la sveglia uguale per tutti. Colazione discreta

Había chinches y el último día no nos pudimos duchar, no había agua

Nous avions un lit superposé devant la fenêtre donc impossible d'accéder à la fenêtre pour aérer et avoir un peu de luminosité..
Notre chambre était situé près de la réception et donc nous etions réveillés tous les matins à 6h30 par le personnel qui installait le petit déj et qui ne prêtait aucune attention aux clients. Cependant les petites jeunes de la réception étaient souriantes

Le petit déjeuner,.... On ne peut pas prétendre de très bons produits en payant le prix de la chambre avec un montant plus que correct... Mais le buffet petit déjeuner était sucré salé avec boisson fraîche fromage œuf jambon confiture de toutes sortes céréales miel pâte à tartiner yaourt de toutes sortes, on peut faire toaster ces TARTINES, petits croissants, salade, pizza, tarte,cafés, cappuccino, thé.
La salle est assez grande et plutôt convivial juste à côté de la réception.

Il manquait aussi un petit frigo pour avoir de l'eau fraîche même si il y a un distributeur à la réception payant comme des snacking boissons chaudes ou boisson fraîche.

Tout ce qui sont au 4e ou 5e étage, il n'y a presque pas de réseau, il faut être à l'étage de la réception pour avoir une très bonne wifi.

Wie immer inmitten einer großen Stadt muss man sich auf mehr Lärm einstellen, am besten im 4. Stock und nicht zur Straße raus ein Zimmer nehmen, wenn möglich
