La experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Nos asignaron una habitación adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida sin haberla solicitado, con dos camas separadas que tuvieron que juntarse. Además, había una litera en medio de la habitación que ocupaba mucho espacio. La habitación tenía mucha humedad y un fuerte olor desagradable, lo que hizo la estancia muy incómoda. En general, el estado de la habitación no se correspondía con lo esperado.

La cuvette des toilettes n’était pas fixé, les draps étaient propres mais pas parfait, la chambre était correcte mais il ne faut pas être exigeant

L’acqua fredda non funzionava, il letto era pieno di peli, l’aria condizionata funzionava poco, usciva una puzza terribile dallo scarico della doccia, il balcone era pieno di acqua che usciva dall’aria condizionata il phon per asciugare i capelli non funzionava

I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone. On our second day, we reported that an expensive makeup product had gone missing. We inquired about the status of the matter multiple times a day every day, because if it wasn't found, we wanted a refund for its price. Upon departure, we were given a paper stating that we should send an email to that specific address with our bank account details and they would reimburse the cost. This has still not happened to this day. In response to our inquiry, we were told that they would offer a 10% discount on our next stay. This was never mentioned before.
The other major problem was that after arriving home, we noticed we were covered in bites from our toes to our face. After looking into it, we realized we were dealing with bedbugs. We had never experienced anything like this before, which is why we did not notice the warning signs during our stay. After reading up on it, we also found out that bites can take up to 5 days to appear, which is why we didn't notice them sooner. We barely had any intact skin left because they bit us so badly; naturally, we documented everything. Reading the reviews on Google, we saw that others have had the same experience. A serious pest control treatment is badly needed at this place. We stayed in room 408. We can only hope that we didn't bring them home with us. Thank you, but we never want to go anywhere near this place again, not even with a discount!!

The pictures doesn't exactly match your poorly hygiened room. Super loud corridors forget to have a good sleep. The rooms was full with ants, the real issue were the ticks that I discovered in my room. TICKS! guys like the bugs ticks in the room! On the bed and walls. Bathroom was ok tho

El wifi no llega a las habitaciones. No tiene veladores ni mesa de luz, solo se prende una sola luz que parece un estadio de fútbol. El colchón de resortes estaba vencido, se sienten los resortes por desgaste. Las sábanas manchadas con sangre vieja. La ducha muy pobre y no hay lugar para poner nada y la mampara pierde agua que inunda el piso. Hubo un episodio con un faltante que luego lo solucionaron

Prenotata camera matrimoniale ed era una camera con due lettini singoli uniti e coperti con lenzuolo matrimoniale. Tovaglie per una sola persona, sapone per le mani assente e pavimento bagno che sembrava mal spazzato. Ma della cosa peggiore ci siamo resi conto solo dopo esserci messi a letto, in questo camminavano cimici dei letti e ne abbiamo viste ben 3 mentre in fretta e furia raccoglievamo le nostre cose per uscire. Abbiamo chiesto un'altra camera e ci volevano dare una camera con letti a castello e così, ormai notte fonda per noi, ci hanno spostato in un'altra struttura di loro appartenenza vicina alla stazione centrale.

Frokost rom var rom til alle aktiviteter, folk hadde kursring, høyt diskutert ingen ro når du spiser.
Mat var elendig, ingen var etter standarder, manglet grundig tng som salt, brød, grønnsaker.
Sove rom var skittent, skapene stinker uten noen å henge på klær....
