L’emplacement et l’accueil du personnel
La propreté de la salle de bain et le bruit car cet établissement reçoit des groupes d’élèves qui font la fête toute la nuit !

L’hotel ha una buona posizione
La nostra esperienza in questo hotel purtroppo non è stata positiva. I nostri amici sono stati trasferiti in un’altra struttura, mentre a noi non è stata data la possibilità di essere spostati nello stesso posto, nonostante la nostra richiesta.
L’hotel 55 Aira sosteneva di non avere camere disponibili, nonostante sul sito Booking risultassero ancora camere libere da prenotare, cosa che ci ha lasciato piuttosto sorpresi.
L’hotel è di standard medio e la camera presentava diversi inconvenienti. In bagno si sentiva un forte odore di muffa e umidità, molto sgradevole. Inoltre funzionava solo una presa elettrica, il che rendeva difficile anche ricaricare i dispositivi.
Nel complesso il soggiorno non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e riteniamo che la gestione della situazione con il trasferimento degli ospiti non sia stata adeguata.

Odlicna lokacija, na pjesackoj udaljenosti od svih atrakcija. Autobus iz zracne luke staje doslovno ispred hotela.Ljubazno osoblje. Dorucak korektan, slatki i slani, odlicna kava. Posteljina i rucnici cisti i uredni.Rucnici se redovno mijenjaju. Sve u svemu odlicna vrijednost za novac.
Zvucna izolacija dosta losa, ako netko razgovara u hodniku imate osjecaj da vam je u sobi koliko se sve cuje. Na podu je bilo dosta dlaka kao i u tusu. Sve ostalo ok

Location is good, staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom floor was dirty and wet on the day of the arrival. Even though the room was cleaned on daily basis, it was not noticeable and the bed sheets were not renewed. The room had an unpleasant smell during the whole stay. Since it was cold during the nights and the air conditioning wasn't working well, we asked for a thicker blanket. The one we recieved was full of hair that did not belong to us and there was a bug on it.

Po pierwsze brak informacji o przeniesionym hotelu do innego miejsca. To było skandaliczne. Przez tą sytuację spałyśmy z koleżanką w niebezpiecznej okolicy, w której nie chciałyśmy przebywać (okolice stacji kolejowej). Dodatkowo po sprzątaniu pokoju, pokojowka zostawiła nam tylko jeden ręcznik.
La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza, si trova in zona strategica, a pochi passi dai principali monumenti della citta.
Ci sono nelle vicinanze numerosi negozi, ristoranti, bar perfetti per ogni esigenza dalla colazione alla cena.
Un altro grande vantaggio è il collegamento diretto per l'aeroporto con la compagnia Prestia e Comandè, la cui fermata è presso la Rinascente.
Lo staff è gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare con consigli utili e assistenza in ogni momento del soggiorno.
Un ringranziamento speciale alle signore Dania e Federica ,per la loro cortesia e professionalità.
La posizione è centrale. Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo. Il personale è particolarmente gentile e disponibile.
