Most enjoyable stay
Pros:

Everyone very friendly, helpful Breakfast staff very good, attentive, good selection nicely presented.

Cons:

Nothing to do with your hotel or staff
The organizers of the concert I came to attend canceled on short notice. It is most disappointing to travel 7000 miles and to stand infront of locked gates to the teatro antico This is not good advertising for your lovely town

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of beautiful Taormina.
Pros:

Located on the Corso Umberto, the main-drag pedestrian walkway, Hotel Victoria is centrally and conveniently located. Its a boutique hotel (my preference in hotels) with hand-painted furniture. My single room was small but had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, desk (containing a refrigerator), cabinet to hang clothes, good plumbing in the bathroom and reasonably-priced as well. Lighting is good too, which so often is a problem in hotels. Twin brothers Luigi and Piero run this lovely hotel and are most helpful and kind. It was a pleasure interacting with them. The breakfast room is lovely and staff is very accommodating. Good selection of fresh foods and coffees too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Victoria and high recommend it.

Cons:

Can't think of anything, which is a good thing! I would like to point out that since Hotel Victoria is located on a pedestrian walkway, no cars are allowed there so that means taxis cannot deliver you to the door. Patrons need to advise taxi drivers to drop them off at the Gate of Messina, which is about a five-minute walk from the hotel. Really easy!

The hotel met our expectations.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good and there was a great choice. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible on foot. Staff very helpful.

A mixed bag but more positive than negative if you come with the right expectations
Pros:

I thought the breakfast room atmosphere as well as the breakfast itself were really good. All my interactions with the staff were positive. Obviously, the location is very central as well. The front desk is open late for check-ins, which is why I picked this hotel. It was only for one night, and it served its purpose well.

Cons:

The room did not look particularly inviting (I knew that from the pictures), however, the toilet flushing system was very finicky / somewhat broken - you could still flush, but you had disassemble and reassemble it most of the time.

Great location with friendly staff!
Pros:

Great location. Wonderful staff especially Luigi, Pietro, and Salvatore. Very helpful and friendly. Always carried our luggage up the steps to the elevator. Great breakfast in a beautiful space

הצוות מקסים גם בקבלה וגם בחדר האוכל

אין גישה למלון עם רכב ונאלצנו לקחת שאטל שאמנם היה חינמי והגיע בתדירות גבוהה, אך נאלצנו לגרור את המזוודות מהתחנה שלו למלון וחזרה.
בנוסף המקלחון מותאם למידות של אנשים מאוד רזים והוא קטן מאוד ובעייתי להתקלח בו
