Seabreeze Jazz Festival Weekend

The condo was very nice and modern. It was clean and bright. The bed is super comfortable and bathroom was is very pretty. The view of the beach is amazing!

They expected Hotels.com to replace the TV and cable wire, the bed frame was broken which made the nights awful having to sleep on a slanted bed. Front desk, security guy and maintenance was really nice, but the lady watching the cameras was rude. You have to pay them to wash their towels, they don’t give fresh ones during your stay. You have to purchase your own toilet paper if you need more than they first supply the room with. If I was living there then it would be expected, but to book the room for a week vacation, they should should at least give fresh towels and replenish the toilet paper.

Great location to beach and restaurants. Pier Park drivable. Liked pool, but not covered in sun all day on spring break. Condo was super cute and roomier than expected. Even though it said it slept four, which included a pullout couch in the living room, we actually could have slept six since there was a set of bunk beds in the living area. It would have been a tighter fit with six, but we had four and were happy not to have to pull out the couch.

I loved that the suite was nicely furnished. Cooking utensils. Loved the 70 inch living room tv on the wall with kitchen tv and bedroom tv. Very spacious. Loved the balcony view.

No instructions given on how to find the room. There’s a weird layout and not all elevators go to all the floors. They don’t supply trash bags. The floor had sand everywhere before we checked in. There isn’t enough light when the sun goes down. I asked several times for extra sheets for the pull out bed and it never arrived.
