Un cadre magnifique calme agréable décoré avec goût et traditions berbères .
Le hamam formidable prestation de qualité accueil chaleureux idem pour le massage elles sont adorables.

Cons:

Trop de serveurs et pas de service petit déjeuner à revoir.vous pouvez attendre 1h voir les serveurs sans jamais être servis.peut etre revoir les prix du repas une soupe de lentilles des plus simples 600 dhs
Vraiment excessif.
Problème d’écoulement du lavabo de la chambre signalé non résolu jusqu’au départ.Ne sommes nous pas sur du 4 étoiles ?
Dommage qu’un si bel établissement n’adapte pas le service.
Nous venons régulièrement mais nous ne mangerons plus sur place la prochaine fois.

Perfect little Oasis for a Taroudant Visit
Pros:

The hotel was just out of town and a perfect little Oasis of calm. Most guests only stayed 1 or 2 nights and we were there for 6 which was lovely because most of the time it felt like we had the hotel pool and grounds to ourselves! The staff were outstanding, the pool and spa staff, the waiters and reception team were always helpful, on hand and friendly. The pool was a lovely temperature to swim and the jacuzzi pleasant. The room was clean and serviced daily with fresh water etc. The evening meals were always tasty, well cooked and tasted good. Breakfast was a large offering! Full menu for lunch options too. Tea on the terrace was just sublime.

Cons:

We had a few issues with the WiFi but they did get sorted.

Great place but disappointing service at breakfast.
Pros:

The place is lovely especially the beautiful gardens. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was shambolic. No-one acknowledged us for ages and when they did the food came in fits and starts. Tables around us not cleared the whole time we were there; and to add to the experience further, someone hoovering next door! Sadly, our worst breakfast experience in Morocco so far.

The premises are spectacular, and the bungalows are very spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was perfect, and we really appreciated being allowed to relax a bit longer after checkout. The hotel also has a restaurant on-site, which we found to be quite good.

Cons:

One small point to note is that there was a slight odor in the bathroom, which may need some attention. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, but addressing it would make the experience even better.
