Dejà l'accueil est parfait et le personnel est au petit soin.
Ils sont tous adorables.
L'hôtel est un écrin paisible proche de la ville.
Ces petites maisons chichement décorées dans un style local au sein d'un jardin luxuriant avec des palmiers, des orangers etc... est beau et bien entretenu. Ces mêmes oranges vous seront servies au petit dejeuner. Un vrai plaisir d'avoir un vrai jus d'orange pressé le matin. Le petit dejeuner est très bien et c'est important.
La piscine est belle et propre et le jacuzzi est grand.

Les chambres sont propres, confortables et discrètement parsemées dans ce superbe jardin avec des tortues (attention carnivores). Tout ce que l'on aime, un vrai plaisir calme et apaisant.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Het zwembad is echt uitstekend. Heerlijk om daar tijd door te brengen. Of om even te wandelen tussen al die mooie bomen en natuur waarin je je bevindt.

L’hôtel est charmant, la chambre était très propre. Un grand merci au réceptionniste, qui était vraiment adorable et très gentil. Le personnel en général est également très gentil.

Cons:

En revanche, gros point négatif concernant la restauration. La carte du soir est très limitée, avec très peu de choix, et nous avons été surpris de constater que les produits proposés ne sont pas du tout locaux. Les plats manquaient terriblement de goût et la cuisson n’était pas maîtrisée du tout. Nous avons eu mal au ventre toute la nuit…
Nous avons également été dérangé par la TV dans la chambre qui s’est allumée seule et à plusieurs reprise tout le long de la nuit…
Le téléphone a également sonné en pleine nuit.
Nous ne reviendrons pas.

L'accueil impeccable.
Le cadre et la taille du jardin idyllique, ainsi que sa décoration.
La taille, le charme et le grand confort des tentes du village berbère.
2 piscines au choix

Cons:

Le menu trop européen à mon goût.
Pas de plats marocains classiques.
Les algues vertes dans les 2 piscines qui n'ont pas fait l'objet d'un nettoyage profond. C'est assez scandaleux pour un établissement de cette classe.

Wat een fantastisch hotel. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, goed restaurant, met een kleine kaart, maar voldoende keuze voor het diner en elke dag een ander menu. Heerlijk zwembad, verwarmd liggende in een prachtig en goed onderhouden tuin. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Kortom: het was fantastisch om hier te mogen verblijven.

Cons:

Er viel niets tegen. Ik vond alleen de parkeerplaats aan de kleine kant. Dat zou, denk ik, beter kunnen. Ik was er toen niet alle kamers bezet waren, maar is dit wel het geval dan is er niet genoeg ruimte om je auto te kunnen parkeren.
