Reservations (short or long stays) are for students or academic staff who want to stay for academic reasons. When checking in, you will be asked to provide information about the university or study center you are attending.

Please also notice that, Bookings for 10 or more guests are considered 'group bookings' and they are subject to different terms and conditions. Group reservations can only be made through the reservations team. Otherwise, The Residència Erasmus Gracia reserves the right to cancel them.

Be aware that Check-in is since 14:00, If you arrive before that time we will be happy to keep your luggage in custody, and you will be able to use our common areas unless your room is ready.
If you arrive very late, there will be no problem as our reception is available 24 hours a day, and you can check in at any time after 14:00. Check Out time is until 11:00 am. If necessary, we can also help you store your luggage until your departure.

The Residència Erasmus Gracia offers the possibility of parking your car in a private car park. Please contact us before your arrival to check availability for these request related.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

早餐比较简单，没有太多选择，但能满足需求，一楼的天井房间，虽然安静，但光线不好，房间温暖，空调声音不大，晚上一条毯子足够。住宿人员素质不错，几乎没有小孩，服务也不错，前台友善，吹风机可以去前台借，房间里没有。周围吃饭选择很多，还有文创小街可以逛

Nice property, value for money, close to metro
Pros:

Excellent location, close to metro and lots of restaurants and places to eat nearby. Clean property, decent sized rooms, excellent housekeeping and reception staff.

Cons:

We booked multiple rooms and they were all allocated on different floors/building. Put in a request early if you are travelling in a group.
