It was an okay stay..
Pros:

The rooms with the lights that made a heart on the bed was soooo cute!!

Cons:

My tv wouldn’t work.. it wouldn’t let me watch Netflix. The walls are thin so you could really have a conversation with the person next door..
I had so many lady bugs in my room AND they didn’t replace the tissue they just folded it up and left it.. you could tell it’s been used!! The bath tub was dirty.

My hotel stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and I found hair on multiple surfaces throughout the space

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. The room was not clean, as I found hair on multiple surfaces and the floors had not been vacuumed. Several items were not functioning properly, including the refrigerator, which did not stay cold, the lamp above the bed, and the TV remote, which only worked if held a certain way and responded very slowly. In addition, we had to wait 10 minutes past our scheduled check-in time, even though we arrived early. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth check-in made this an unpleasant experience.

Disappointment

On upon arrival, lobby was clean the morning receptionist was extremely nice. Gave me ideas of where to eat. That was close. I drove eight hours to visit my sick mother. Got to my room everything seemed clean however got ready for bed. There was used underwear in bed called down to front desk. Receptionist did offer another room I stated that I didn’t trust another bed . Had to say hello multiple times she did offer me another room. Didn’t trust anybody bed. I stated all of my things were scared around room. Extremely tired just ask for someone to come up and change the sheets. I did called back and to tell her that this is really unacceptable that I would like to be reimburse in some kind of way. She states that it’s a third-party so she won’t be giving me anything I asked for a drink and a couple of snacks she goes on to state you are with a third-party again and she offered me a water
I really felt unwelcome like I was the problem. I won’t be visiting this hotel again however the breakfast was good overall.

Pros:

Your heater in the room I was in 218 was extremely loud. Traffic is extremely loud. The faucet in the bathroom is extremely loose. Other than that the state was great. I think it was a little pricey though, but it was clean that was comfortable. I could not complain

The breakfast was pretty disappointing—just a basic continental setup, nothing special at all. The coffee tasted watered down and was never refreshed during the day. On top of that, no one seemed to know the actual breakfast hours, and there weren’t any signs posted in the lobby to make it clear.

The rooms weren’t clean either. They really needed to be vacuumed and mopped. The towels were extremely worn and dingy, and the tub was in terrible shape—the bottom was completely peeled off and badly needed to be resurfaced.

The pool was also a major letdown. It was extremely dirty, with bugs floating in it and a greasy layer of body oil or sunscreen on top of the water. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned.

Overall, this stay was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Walking to my room I was immediately kicked in the face with weed smell, not hotels fault just some inconsiderate trash guest but still a turn off. Then inside the room the tv was broke and when I turned down the bed, right at crouch level was some hard waxy remnants of something. Not sure what it was but disgusting and then two of the four pillows had what appeared to be makeup stains. Not good when it is only one king bed in room. Could just be old sheets but????
