Nice apartment with basic amenities in an excellent location
Pros:

Location excellent. Room was spacious, though on two levels (upstairs beds) so had to be careful with our toddler on the stairs. Small kitchenette (extra charge to use the cooker) but we used the fridge which was handy.

Cons:

No tea/coffee in the room. Available from a vending machine in the courtyard.

Beautiful and comfortable family apartment
Pros:

A very comfortable and beautiful apartment in the citycentre, walking distance to all the historical monuments and galleries, ideal for few days spent in Firenze. Opportunity to park the car inside the court (extra paid but 100% worth it). Fully equipped kitchen, nicely warm heating in the flat (appreciated aftet the colder rainy day, the clothes got dried quickly). Service is very friendly and kind, we can fully recommend!

环境不错，房间空间宽敞。烧水壶坏了，帮我们换了新的。

Cons:

淋浴水有限，只够一个人洗，剩下的人只能洗冷水了，或者等第二天早上洗。
