Great - had wonderful experience- nice breakfast - staff fab.. rooms with WiFi that works fine - all good
Pros:

Fab little place - WiFi good - beds ok. With a breakfast what more can you want.. the twins who own the place are brilliant helpful people - can also get fresh air which is rare in hotels - you can open the windows slightly for fresh air brilliant

Cons:

For the price - nothing to complain about . Even her biscuits and chocolates in your room - it’s great

Great stay
Pros:

Our first impression wasn’t the best, as the hotel is quite old and could do with some renovation, but this is reflected in the price. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I would return again if I needed accommodation in the area.

Cons:

It would be helpful to inform guests in advance that stopping in front of the hotel is not allowed. Clearer signs to the car park are also needed, as it was quite difficult to find and access. The road leading to it is very narrow, overgrown with grass, and there were scrap items placed close to the road. The area would benefit from being cleaned up and better maintained.

Not fancy, but better than your car
Pros:

The overall feel of the room felt off putting, but all I really needed was a bed and I got that so really can't complain

Pros:

very good location and good value for money considering breakfast was included! a full english breakfast with choice of cereals, toast, coffee or tea & orange juice (just no veggie/ vegan options- but there’s always beans on toast or jam toast!) bed was comfortable and parking was free and secure. not the cleanest of rooms/ bathrooms but did the job!

From the entrance the receptionist wasn't welcoming, the hotel had an unpleasant smell, very dirty and all the furniture was outdated. The shower was cold and you can't adjust the temperature mould around the windows, the shower basin was covered with silicone. Nothing was really working, no shower door, 2 littletowels, spiders and cobwebs . I ended up buying my own bedding to sleep on. The breakfast is only 1 hour slot between 7.30am and 8.30am. When I asked if I could take breakfast for the kids to their room, the staff refused so my kids didn't have breakfast as I couldn't wake them so early and anyway wasn't the best breakfast as of the reviews that I've read. Only booked this hotel by the reviews but even if I was offered for free I wouldn't return ever again

One night stay for an evening venue
Pros:

In an ideal location not too far from town centre and for the evening venue I attended. Was a great price to stay and very good that the breakfast was included in the price, hotel was very easy to find, walking distance from the town. TV had plenty of channels also.

Cons:

The tea and coffee making facilities lacked a teaspoon, perhaps it may have even been taken by a previous guest, other than this, adequate supplies were present and was still able to make an in room refreshment. The shower was missing a control valve on one side, but it still worked.

I had a good stay I wasn’t there long enough for to judge access was easy enough after I had been to local pub for a dri

It was clean very tidy only saw manager it was warm comfy beds i wasn’t disturbed all night can’t comment on Breakfast I missed it

Cons:

I think they should serve breakfasts later at weekends 7.30am - 8.30am it’s to early also 10am departure time is also to early at weekends a lot of hotels let you stay between 11am-12pm i missed my breakfast because it was to early for me could do with a bar

Don't expect the ritz, but amazing value: Friendly staff, free parking/breakfast and does the job!
Pros:

Good value for money. Friendly staff, parking and breakfast included was a big bonus. Room was big, bathroom was clean, beds were absolutely fine, tv worked, and there's even a little fridge in the room if you need it.

Cons:

Decor is dated, carpets a bit musty but that doesn't really matter, could do with a lamp or something in the room as there were only the big lights
