Pros:

Stayed here before. Great value for money. Breakfast included is cooked fresh and is probably the best fried breakfast I've ever had in my travels as all freshly cooked for you. The hotel is very dated but I find it quirky and I like quirky. Great location to walk into town which is why I always book it. The hotel building itself looks a little shabby from the outside but then it's an old building so what do you expect. Again, I would say great value for money.

Pros:

The included breakfast was nice, quick table service, and staff very helpful. For the price and considering there were a lot of people to cater for, it was very good value.

Staff friendly, good breakfast. Bed felt like an old straw mattress from back in the day. But I slept like a log, slept

Cheap and cheerful. Good value for money. Hotel is dated, shabby chic.

Cons:

Drive way at the back into car park full of huge pot holes. Just drive slowly and you’ll be ok.

A very nice stay and would definitely recommend and come back.
Pros:

It is a small family hotel. The twin brothers Robert and Michael were so attentive and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The location is convenient with the Northampton Catholic Cathedral very close by and with the town centre, bus and train station under 15-20 minutes walk. A quiet area with the Langham Park at your doorstep and with free WiFi.

Cons:

I loved the hotel being independent with the care and attention and cleanliness.

The owners are so friendly - I really enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff. Lovely to chat to. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was straightforward but very tasty.

Cons:

The TV in my room had poor signal but that wasn’t a problem for me
