Cons:

Les nuisances liées à un problème technique qui résonnait par la gaine technique dans les 2 chambres réservées côte à côte.
Impossible de dormir. Transfert en pleine nuit dans une autre chambre pour l’une mais rien pour la 2eme. Une nuit d’enfer ! Nous voulions récupérer d’un voyage compliqué… c’était pire !

Schöner Aufenthalt in Zagreb
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Das Hotel ist sauber. Die Lage ist etwas weiter vom Stadtzentrum, jedoch in ca. 20 min. per Auto erreichbar. Die Lage in der Nähe zum Flughafen ist super. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl und es wird vom Service-/Küchenpersonal ständig nachgefüllt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Es hat genügend gratis Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Im UG steht eine Waschmaschine/Tumbler sowie ein Bügeleisen-/brett bei Bedarf bereit.

Cons:

Das Personal konnte teilweise kein kroatisch, was ich sehr schade finde, wenn man in Kroatien ist - für mich war das kein Problem, da meine Englischkenntnisse gut sind, jedoch für meine Familie, die kein Englisch sprechen war das ein Problem (wir hatten einige Zimmer reserviert, wegen einer Hochzeit in ZG). Ich habe das Bügeleisen gebraucht, was im UG zur Verfügung stand, jedoch war es leider verkalkt - es wurde jedoch vom Personal nach meiner Aufforderung gereinigt.

Clean room, modern interior. For the price, couldn’t have asked for more. Continental breakfast was also better quality than most I have had.
