Ich war mit der Preisgestaltung überhaupt nicht zufrieden, da sie nicht transparent genug war.

Als ich das Zimmer reserviert habe, wurde auf Ihrer Webseite ein Preis von 79 € für ein zimmer mit zwei bett angezeigt. Am nächsten Tag, als wir aus dem Hotel ausgecheckt haben, mussten wir jedoch zusätzlich 28 € für die zweite Person bezahlen. Das Hotelpersonal erklärte uns, dass das Zimmer nur für eine Person gebucht worden sei.

Ich verstehe diese Logik nicht. Sie geben den Preis für ein Zimmer an, das Hotel berechnet den Preis aber offenbar nach der Anzahl der Personen. Deshalb bitte ich Sie, künftig den tatsächlichen Gesamtpreis oder den Preis pro Person bereits auf der ersten Seite klar anzugeben, damit es bei der Buchung keine Missverständnisse gibt.

Super obiekt na trasie.
Pros:

Zatrzymaliśmy się na jedną noc. Hotel w zupełności spełnił nasze wymagania. Czyto, wygodne łózka, komfortowa łazienka. Zapiszemy sobie obiekt, aby w przyszłości z niego skorzystać.
