Zeer teleurstellende ervaring gehad in dit hotel. Wij hadden specifiek geboekt vanwege de vermelde “geluidsisolatie”, maar daar bleek in werkelijkheid totaal geen sprake van te zijn. De kamer was extreem gehorig. Bij aankomst bleek het hotel vrijwel volledig bezet door een grote groep schoolkinderen die daar verbleven voor een skireis. Wij waren praktisch de enige overige gasten. Dit zorgde voor enorme overlast: rennende kinderen in de gangen, geschreeuw, deuren die hard dichtgeslagen werden en trillingen die letterlijk door de kamer en in het bed voelbaar waren. Dit ging ver voorbij normaal hotelgeluid. De eerste nacht hebben we het laten gaan, maar de tweede nacht was de overlast nog erger. Ondanks dat we de kinderen zelf hebben aangesproken én later naar beneden zijn gegaan om dit bij het hotel te melden, werd er totaal niet serieus gereageerd. We werden zelfs uitgelachen door de docenten. De hotelmanager zat erbij, maar zei niks en greep niet in. Ook het ontbijt was slecht georganiseerd. Er was vooraf afgesproken dat we om 07:30u konden ontbijten, maar dit bleek niet goed gecommuniceerd. We troffen een zeer beperkt buffet en pas achteraf werd ons verteld dat er eigenlijk een tafel en ontbijt voor ons klaar had moeten staan. Bij het uitchecken hebben we om compensatie gevraagd. Eerst werden er alleen twee potjes honing aangeboden, maar uiteindelijk na aandringen hebben we €30 korting gekregen. Dit hotel is zeker geen aanrader.

Perfekt für eine entspannte Übernachtung auf der Durchreise! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen, sodass man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Das Personal war aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die frisch renovierten Zimmer. Sie sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Insgesamt herrscht eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
