Negative due to the hotel attitude
Pros:

It was booked via booking and paid
My bus arrived 2am next day instead of 4 pm as planned
Entry was advertised as open till 12midnight and it was useless to stand by the closed door.
I asked for refund but did not get reply, considering it was my second booking for this hotel.
I don’t recommend it.

Cons:

Colazione non a buffet e stanza non pulita, nonostante avessimo esposto il cartello fuori dalla porta.

Pros:

Location is excellent for old town. Lots of excellent restaurants and bars right on the doorstep.
Room a good size and have tea/coffee facilities.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the reception, which we found a little strange.

I loved the location, breakfast and staff, and would very likely stay there again but might request a larger room.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Breakfast (optional add-on) was superb. Staff were very professional and friendly. My room was decorated in an exotic style, making it interesting.

Cons:

No elevator, but that is to be expected in the Old Town area. My room (#23) was very nice but extremely small. It was fine for 3 nights though.
