Nice stay in the old town
Pros:

Good breakfast, even if no yoghurt (nor other milk products).
Truly excellent location!

Cons:

A lot of stairs (no lift).

Місце розташування, вигляд з вікна, приємний персонал, затишна атмосфера.

Cons:

Поганий запах у туалетній кімнаті (мабуть, старі каналізаційні труби), не виносили сміття кожен день, на сніданок на другий день подали несвіжий (зів'ялий та підгнивший) салат.

On est comme chez soi
Pros:

L’emplacement, la propreté, la décoration et surtout la gentillesse du personnel et surtout de la femme responsable de l’hôtel qui est aux petits soins pour les clients.

Le petit déjeuner est salé ou sucrée et soigneusement préparé et délicieux.

J’y retournerai c’est sure.

Великолепная гостиница, в Старом городе, в историческом здании. Уютная комната, отзывчивый персонал, готовый помочь советом и делом. Наилучшее соотношение цены и качества. Настоятельно рекомендую.

Było tak jak miało być!
Pros:

Lokalizacja w lini prostej może jakieś 10-15 metrów od zamku królewskiego. Obsługa hotelu bardzo gościnna i uprzejma. Pomimo informacji, że recepcja czynna do 23:30 Pani wydała nam kartę do pokoju o 2:30 w nocy. Śniadania do wyboru wytrawne lub na słodko. Smaczne! Ogólnie jestem zadowolony

Cons:

Brak parkingu, ale to ze względu na lokalizację. Można parkować na ulicy jakieś 200-300 metrów od hotelu. Opłata jest wnoszona na rzecz urzędu miasta. Jedyny minus to kostka brukowa, przez którą ciężko transportuje się walizki.

Śniadanie dobre, acz skromne - kiełbaska w opcji tradycyjnej byłaby miłym uzupełnieniem. Niemniej za samą możliwość ucztowania w takim pokoju warto się skłonić. Bardzo życzliwa, elastyczna i autentyczne w tym wszystkim wsparcie Pań z obsługi. Dziękuję, wrócę.

SITUACIÓ EXCEPCIONAL I AGRADABLE
Pros:

Edifici històric amb una situació excepcional just davant el Palau Reial. A dues passes de tot allò que pots veure en un dia a Varsòvia, que és el que estàrem nosaltres. Ben comunicat amb l'aeroport amb el bus 175.

Cons:

La recepció i les habitacions són a plantes altes sense ascensor, però això ja ho sabíem perquè figura a la informació prèvia. Les finestres no tenen cortines fosques i de bon matí entra llum. La decoració d'alguna habitació és peculiar, però això va a gustos.
