Nie wyobrażam sobie zatrzymywać się w innym miejscu w Warszawie. To już mój kolejny raz i na pewno nie ostatni! Za każdym razem Castle Inn zaskakuje mnie pozytywnie. A sądziłam, że to niemożliwe.

Zupełnie magiczna jest lokalizacja i klimat wnętrz. Równie ważna jest również ogromna życzliwość i elastyczność personelu. Na pewno tam jeszcze wrócimy!

Bardzo niekomfortowy pobyt ze względu na niską temperaturę.

Pros:

Pobyt tuż po Nowym Roku.
Przede wszystkim bardzo miły kontakt z Paniami z recepcji, (telefoniczny i osobisty po przyjeździe). Obsługa profesjonalna, pomocna, otwarta na potrzeby zarówno przy rezerwacji jak i w trakcie pobytu. Bardzo dużym plusem była dla nas możliwość przechowania bagażu a pytanie Pani, czy mamy taką potrzebę zanim pomyśleliśmy o tym odbieramy jako dbałość o gościa i standardy hotelu. Bagaż opisany i umieszczony w przeznaczonym do tego pomieszczeniu. Mapa i szereg wskazówek, informacji co ciekawego w najbliższej okolicy i jak tam dotrzeć były nieocenione. Za wszystko to bardzo dziękujemy. Nasze uszanowanie.

Cons:

Zima. Trochę wiało z okien, więc zrobiło się dosyć chłodno. Znaleźliśmy sposób i nie ma co narzekać za to jaki widok.

Pros:

La struttura si trova in pienissimo centro storico, in una zona bellissima e super servita.
La fermata del bus è a pochissimi metri.
La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo anche trovato dell’acqua.
Le receptionist sono state tutte gentilissime e disponibili, hanno sempre risposto a tutti i miei messaggi (avevo dimenticato un beauty a casa e mi hanno consigliato il primo negozio disponibile) e sono state sempre solari e sorridenti.
Ottima anche la colazione, dove c’è la possibilità di scegliere tra dolce e salato tutti i giorni.
Super consigliata !

This hotel is a show in itself! The service was incredible, the Polish staff are very charismatic and attentive. It was exemplary service, the rooms are works of art, a real dive back in time! And the breakfasts are fit for royalty, everything is beautiful and abundant! Thank you for this amazing experience!
