My kids loved the indoor swimming pool.
I wish the indoor swimming pool would have been heated.
Pool was so cool we couldnt use it. In fact nobody could only some children. Nothing to do within walking disrance. Front desk staff person didnt even know where the pool was and said there was no bars or cafes in the area. She didnt know the area she said.
Pool way too cold to use. After driving 5 hours from New Orleans we really wanted to relax in the pool but the water was so cold we couldnt.
We love this location when traveling through Birmingham- so convenient, comfortable clean rooms
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility was also very clean which is a huge plus!
The locating was great its just a bit of ways from things.
This is not necessarily a message to the HGI Birmingham, SE as it is to the entire HGI and Hampton Inn properties. Given the emphasis on improving the types and quality of foods Americans consume, why in God's name do you insist on pushing CoffeeMate chemicals on your clients? Have you looked at what this product is made of? Have you looked at the chemicals in the products they manufacture and market?? If you are going to continue with these chemical additives at your properties can you at least offer real dairy half and half as well??
Private , not busy around. Quite
It was fine
Clean safe location
Didn’t want to honor booking price initially but then they did
Very clean, excellent breakfast, very nice associates
The first room was dirty (food scraps and crumbs) everywhere. as well as hair in the sink & shower We went to the staff to ask for a new room and we were accommodated. The second room was cleaner but then we found out that the bathroom sink did not drain.....
Staff was amazing, gave good recommendations on how to have a good time in the city. Location is perfect being right off the exit.
The location was away from busy traffic.
My room was not clean. The sheets had stains, the bathroom smelled like sewage and there were ladybugs on the walls and ceiling. Pictures are provided.
All of the staff were professional and friendly.
Made sure that my family and I had everything we needed for our stay.
A little bit pricey for 1 night. I was informed the next day that there were activities going on near by which was the reason for price increase.
Comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
All good.
First time staying here & i loved it . I mistakenly booked a handicap room but thats fine , that room was comfortable as well. Didnt get a chance to get breakfast so im not sure if you had to pay for it or not . The thing i love the most is it’s quiet , in a quiet neighborhood & it was 11 mins away from Perrys Steakhouse
Only thing i could probably say i didnt like was the parking . Nothing too crazy though.
