El hotel era viejo. Retienen los pasaportes más de lo debido. Había una señora en recepción que estaba hablando constantemente por su teléfono móvil, luego te atiende a la vez que habla por su teléfono móvil, y no atendía a los clientes, y se sentaba en una mesa fuera del mostrador de recepción. El hotel era muy ruidoso por la noche.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is located close to the train station Casa Port which was useful

Cons:

The check in took some time, 3 people were in charge for it, everyone doing just a small part while one person threw my passport recklessly to his colleague as if he didn't care if it would land on the ground

There were very loud noises in the room above mine, as if there was a construction going on (sounds like a drill machine, moving furniture and stuff like that) in the middle of the night ??
After I called the receptionist it became quiet but the next night some noises returned

Although the room was cleaned well, there was some mold on the ceiling right under the air conditioner. Also the shower had stains.

The WiFi often didn't work well
